A large, family-friendly bungalow (204RB9) built of solid construction awaits you. It offers 75 square metres of living space and is situated on a gentle slope on the Zinglingsberg in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The bungalow is equipped to accommodate 6 people (max. 4 adults) and features a separate kitchen, a living room, an entryway, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms with showers.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a closet and two single beds, which can be pushed together if needed.
Adjacent to each bedroom is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The bright living room features a new sofa (with a sleeper function), a large flat-screen TV, and a great view of the greenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
The spacious, separate kitchen also has a cosy, living-room-like atmosphere thanks to the cosy fireplace nook, complete with an additional sofa and TV. It also features a dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette.
It is equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and many useful kitchen utensils.
The kitchen opens directly onto the large wood-look terrace. It features a seating area complete with its own beach chair, inviting you to relax.
The bungalow includes a free outdoor parking space and Wi-Fi for our guests.
In addition to the built-in electric radiators, you can also use the private fireplace at any time.
The accommodation is located on the Zinglingsberg. Its hillside location on one of Binz’s hills guarantees beautiful views of city centre Binz from many of the units, and in some cases, all the way to Lake Schmacher.
