Preisgünstige, schöne, wenn auch teils etwas enge Ferienwohnung in bester Lage direkt an der Ostse..

Preisgünstige, schöne, wenn auch teils etwas enge Ferienwohnung in bester Lage direkt an der Ostsee, der schönen Promenade und den schönen Badestränden; auch Einkausfmöglichkeiten, der Hundestrand und die Spazierwege im Stadtwald sind sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Der zur Anlage gehörige Parkplatz befindet sich direkt hinter den Gebäuden, die einzelnen Parkplätze sind allerdings wie so oft nicht für heutige Fahrzeugbreiten optimiert, aber wir haben auch schon noch engere erlebt. Absolut erwähnenswert sind die top gepflegten und aufwändig gestalteten Außenanlagen. In unserem Gebäude war ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden und er hat auch funktioniert. Die weiteren Einrichtungen der Anlage (wie Schwimmbad, Sauna, Waschmaschine, Fahrradkeller) haben wir nicht genutzt und können darüber wenig urteilen.
