Holiday Apartment 05 at “Villa Seepferdchen” in Kühlungsborn is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This bright 3-room holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the south side of the Seepferdchen building. With 55 m² of space, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people for a relaxing holiday and features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a tub. On the south-facing balcony, you can wind down at the end of the day in peace and enjoy the view of the forest!

The living area of the holiday apartment features cheerful colours and is furnished with a couch, a chest of drawers, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area offers plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy meals together.

The kitchenette is well-equipped for your needs. Kitchen appliances include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

In the bedroom of the holiday rental, you’ll find a double bed with two mattresses, a large closet that offers plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes, and a second TV. The children’s room features a bunk bed and a large shelf where you can store your clothes. Curtains provide privacy or can be used to block out the light. The apartment has carpeted floors.

Thanks to its location near the beach, Villa Seepferdchen is the perfect holiday spot for a beach getaway in Kühlungsborn. The complex is located on Ostseeallee, runs parallel to the kilometer-long sandy beach, and features comfortably furnished holiday apartments. The individual apartments are accessible via a staircase. You can store the bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the bicycle garage.

A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment right next to the apartment building.
