Holiday Apartment 021 in the Haus Meeresblick building is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This brightly decorated 2-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor on the west side of the building. Enjoy the warm afternoon sun on the terrace and the partial side view of the lake. With a size of 45 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The beach is about 50 metres away.

In the modern, cosy living area, a comfortable couch and two armchairs invite you to enjoy cosy evenings watching TV. For your entertainment, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are also provided. The dining area of the holiday rental is integrated into the living area. A table and 4 upholstered rocking chairs offer plenty of space for shared meals.

The kitchenette, which adjoins the living area, is well-equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. Of course, you’ll also find all the kitchen essentials here, such as a toaster, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet. You’ll find plenty of storage space for your holiday luggage here. The double sofa bed transforms the living area into a sleeping area. In just a few simple steps, you’ll have a comfortable sleeping space for two people. Pleated blinds, sheers, and curtains provide privacy or block out light (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium).

The holiday rental features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious sink and vanity cabinet offer plenty of room for your toiletries. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror round out the bathroom’s amenities. The wet area and kitchen are tiled. The living room and bedroom are carpeted.

The Haus Meeresblick, which features an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Your holiday rental includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.80 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
