Your 2-room holiday apartment, measuring approximately 50 m² and accommodating up to 2 adults and 1 child, is spread over 2 floors. The distance to the beach is about 50 m.

The living room is located on the mezzanine level and is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with an oven and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also available.

The bedroom is located in the basement and features a large double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet. From here, you can access the terrace.

The holiday rental has a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and makeup mirror.

In the living room and bedroom, pleated blinds and curtains provide privacy or block out light. The holiday rental has tile flooring throughout, except in the living area, which has vinyl flooring.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to guests in the building’s communal basement for a fee. A bicycle storage room is available for guests.

The exclusive La Mer apartment building is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn. The apartment building, dating from the Wilhelminian era, has been extensively renovated in the style of classic seaside resort architecture. The beach promenade and the fine-sand beach are approximately 50 metres from the property. A bicycle storage room, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers, are available for shared use. A staircase leads to the individual holiday apartments.

A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment right next to the apartment building.

With 14 holiday apartments, the La Mer Apartment Building offers a selection of 2- and 3-room apartments for up to 4 people. Pets are allowed in some of them. Some of the holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
