Holiday Rental No. 28 at the “Strandstraße 16” resort is a 3-room holiday rental that accommodates up to 4 people.

Relax at the “Strandstraße 16” holiday complex, built in 1998. It is located in Kühlungsborn East. Located on the ground floor of Building 3, the apartment is in a quiet area yet still close to the town centre. The 60 m² space features a cosy living area with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a west-facing balcony. The beach is about 750 metres away.

In the large, open living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. A stereo system and a flat-screen TV provide entertainment in the evening. Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the balcony, which you can access directly from the living area. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

The well-equipped kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a mini-oven. Of course, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also included. The dining table seats four. A high chair is available in the apartment for the little ones.

The two bedrooms promise a restful stay. The first bedroom in the holiday rental has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. There’s a closet in both rooms for your holiday clothes. A special feature of the second bedroom is a selection of books to help pass the time in the holiday rental and on the beach. Curtains hang at the windows to block out the light.

The naturally lit bathroom features a shower, toilet, large sink with mirror, and a hair dryer. The wet areas feature tile flooring, while the living area and bedrooms are equipped with high-quality designer flooring.

For guests whose vehicle is too large for the underground garage and who are staying for at least 5 days, 50 percent of the fees for a parking space in the EDEKA car park will be covered. Bicycles can be stored in a bicycle storage room in the underground garage.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the building’s common areas and can be used for a fee.

The Strandstraße 16 apartment building is located in the centre of Kühlungsborn Ost. This holiday complex was built in the tradition of seaside resort architecture. The property features well-maintained green spaces and a courtyard with a reading corner. In the main building, guests can use free Wi-Fi in the entrance area, which includes a seating area. A common room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is also available in the main building.

Each holiday apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles that are not sports models (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
