The apartment is divided into a living area, a combined dining and kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light and a shower. On the large balcony, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

The living area of the penthouse is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) and a 65-inch Samsung 4K flat-screen TV. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers space for shared meals.

The adjacent open kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and an oven. The kitchen amenities are complemented by a toaster, a coffee maker, an espresso machine (Nespresso), and a kettle.

The penthouse’s bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Schramm box-spring bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The closet offers ample storage space for your wardrobe. You’ll also find a second 43-inch Samsung 4K flat-screen TV here. Blackout curtains are provided for privacy.
