This apartment was perfect. The view was amazing. And the location was great for walkable access to everything. There is a a pretty big walk up. But Emanuel met us there and helped get our bags up. That was hugely appreciated. They gave us a map with a bunch of recommendations. We loved it !

Pros of this home are the excellent walkable location, layout with 3 bedrooms, and the terrace with amazing views. Host was great with pointing out excellent cafes and restaurants in area. Cons were non working washer during our stay, none of the usual rental supplies (no toilet paper, napkins, coffee pods, etc and host did not bring them when asked). Also the shower upstairs did not function well but everyone could use main floor shower.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The area was a good location, very walkable and safe. We were traveling with older family. There are a lot of steps. This was communicated in the description, it was just too much for our guests. It’s a great space and area if you are younger. I would definitely recommend this property.

Place was nice way to many steps that I didn’t see on the listing and we had water running down walls from the upstairs shower they came fixed it then it happened again we just stopped using it Emanuel had me worried at first because lack of communication but the day we were checking in he was pretty spot on and carried our two large luggage’s up for us

Great location, centrally located among key sights and experiences. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Spectacular roof terrace with dreamy sunset views of the Duomo and Bell Tower. Emanuele was a terrific host, providing a walking map with locations for his list of recommended eateries, shops, markets, and historical sights. Overall, a five-star experience. This place was as advertised. Perfect location and best view of the city. Conveniently located and the host could not have been more accommodating. He even carried our luggage upstairs for us. This was no easy task as we were "newbies" and yes we overpacked. The view from the terrace is worth it alone.

The deck was amazing. Beds are comfortable and apartment is very clean. Emanuele was extremely helpful in suggesting where to go, what to see and where to eat.
