This holiday rental for 2–3 people is located in a quiet, green area in the Nordhelmsiedlung area—nestled between a small pine forest and Nordstrand. The approximately 60-square-meter apartment is on the ground floor of a single-family home. It features a modern living area with a spacious, southwest-facing balcony (overlooking the garden). Here, you can make yourself comfortable for a meal in the shade under the electric awning or relax on the sun loungers. The living room is equipped with a TV with cable and a stereo system. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, including a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dining table. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Norderney, nicht zuletzt wegen dieser schönen Wohnung ! Es gab Rollos , eine Markise , einen schönen Balkon-den wir leider nicht so oft genutzt haben, da das Wetter manchmal recht feucht war ! Die Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen , sind aufmerksam , hilfsbereit und interessiert . Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, alles toll gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Der Strand ist ganz nah und von da aus kann man sehr schön am Meer entlang bis zum Zetrum laufen. Und auch kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt ist in der Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. VG und danke für die schöne Zeit
