All amenities of the town center are in close proximity to the apartment. The main square in Schladming's town center is just a 5-minute walk away. A supermarket and a fashion store are right on the doorstep. Numerous restaurants, bars, the Schladming adventure pool, and the Schladming congress center are also within walking distance.

The location also offers excellent connections to the Planai-Hochwurzen cable cars, which provide convenient transportation up into the mountains.

Schladming train station is also just a few minutes' walk away, offering convenient and sustainable arrival and departure options using public transport. Free parking, an electric car charging station on site, and free Wi-Fi are, of course, available.

The Schladming Dachstein Card is included. (The valid periods for using the Card are set annually by the Schladming-Dachstein Tourist Board and can be obtained directly from them.)
