This newly built apartment is located in a quiet yet central part of Norddeich and features modern, high-quality furnishings.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious and light-filled living and dining area with a cosy L-shaped sofa, TV, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with a separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a washing machine. From this area, you can also step out onto the large, furnished balcony.

The apartment has two bedrooms: One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a TV, and is located on the upper floor. The second bedroom is located in the converted attic and is furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a chest of drawers, and clothes racks. The bathroom, featuring a skylight, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer, is located on the upper floor.

In the apartment’s storage room, you’ll find cleaning supplies and a clothes drying rack. The entire upper floor features high-quality tile flooring with underfloor heating and electric roller shutters on the vertical windows; the attic has a radiator, vinyl flooring, and a blackout pleated blind. The main windows are equipped with fly screens.

A parking space is located in front of the apartment. Here you’ll also find a lockable garden shed for your bicycles. An electrical socket for e-bikes will be installed shortly.
