With this duplex apartment in Munich-Obermenzing, we offer a high-quality, fully furnished apartment. (Accommodates 4 to 8 people.) Well-equipped kitchen. (A sauna and a swimming pool are also available—for use by all guests—but must be cleaned after use; limited to one use per apartment.) The apartment combines living comfort—a cosy living-dining room with a fireplace and a beautiful balcony—with privacy and flexibility, all within walking distance of Blutenburg and Nymphenburg Palace. Located directly on the Würm River. Recreational area nearby. Good access to the highway (A96–A8)—a road parallel to the Verdistrasse—yet in a very quiet location. Also available for long-term rentals of up to 6 months—lower rates apply for such rentals—upon request.
