ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.
WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 2 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway, garage but no street parking
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
