Perfect choice

The perfect choice of apartment for being in the middle of TLV while really close to the beach. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and nice. I can highly recommend it and will surely go back myself - and when I do, I hope there is aircondition in the bedroom too ;)

Great location BUT


The location of this apartment is wonderful
 BUT I believe it should be noted in the listing that there is a massive construction site directly in front of the building. While it is not active 24/7, it may block off entrance to the building, forcing you to go around it. Further, our first night there it was very much active
 very loud construction with jackhammers and huge cranes was going on starting at 10pm and continuing for several hours. Even when it is not active, it is what you are staring at when sitting on the terrace. While none of this may bother guests, I feel it is important to have this fact in the listing. When I expressed my opinion to Ronen, he disagreed.

Nice Appartment with some "buts" and "howevers"...

The appartment itself was quite nice and - despite the rather neglected staircase tthat led to it - clean. We knew it would be too spacious for 4 people but it really looks bigger on the photos. The surrounding area is very vivid with shops and bars and restaurants and a nice bakery nearby. A bus stop is right in front of the house. So that is all quite conveniet. Nevertheless the appartment is (therefore) quite noisy and the windows do not close too well (probably due to the way they are manufactured). Unfortunately there is a big construction site right opposite the house (that will probably last for another year since it is a big housing project) and the noise starts early in the morning. that also adds to the noise of the traffic. The pictures make the appartment look like it's situated in a green and rather calm street which is not the case. Besides all that, we were happy with Ronen being so relaxed about the arrangmeents about the door keys upon arrival and check out. Nevertheless if we ever come around to Tel Aviv for a second time I will have a "closer look"....

von aussen ein Ă€lteres haus, von innen schön renoviert und instand gehalten! kein ĂŒbermĂ€ssiger luxus, jedoch alles dabei was es fĂŒr ferien benötigt. gelegen an sehr zentraler lage, im ersten stock. die arlazorov street ist eine zentralstrase, dank seitlichem schlafzimmerfenster von lĂ€rm etwas weggedreht. leider sind vis-a-vis 2 baustellen. der bau des hochhauses ist weniger lĂ€rmig als die renovation des andern hauses. fĂŒr lĂ€rmempfindliche zur zeit bedingt emofehlenswert oder wie wir mit ohrstöpsel schlafen, dann alles gut. preis, komfort und lage sind es wert und gleichen aus. strandnĂ€he, zentrumsnĂ€he, gelegen in gehdistanz zu guten restaurants, etc. unterstreichen die pluspunkte der wohnung zusĂ€tzlich. ronen der besitzer ist der perfekte gastgeber! war immer fĂŒr fragen da, vor und wĂ€hrend der reise. freundliche erklĂ€rungen, zusatzbilder zur wohnung und hinweise zur umgebung wurden freundlichst geteilt. danke ronen! es war der perfekte ort fĂŒr unseren tlv/israel trip! c u again.

just pay...

We are not satisfied, the conditions of the accommodation do not match the required money amount: - the entrance and stairs are those of a bidonville (we took photos) - the apartment has a very alarming smell - unacceptable bedding conditions - balcony, table and chairs covered by the dust of the yard - construction site in front, very noisy and dusty (arlozorov,17 apartments) Good luck for the next clients!

3 blocks from beach and near charming commercial center

This apartment made for a perfect home base in Tel Aviv to visit friends and relatives from. There are amazing restaurants near by, jogging down the shaded Ben Gurion street with a park-like center, jogging and walking along the waterfront, lounging at the beach 3 blocks away, sight-seeing at the newly spiffed up port. I hopped on public transportation everywhere. The apartment has a charming balcony with seating outside, and a washer. It is simple and modern, and I was very happy there, allowing a visiting son to stay on the fold out couch at times. Ronen was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable apartment - great location!

Everything was great! Ronen met me when I arrived, showed me around the apartment, and gave me some tips about the neighborhood. He was really responsive during my stay -- when I accidentally tripped a circuit breaker, he responded immediately with instructions about how to fix it, and also replaced the relevant appliance the next day so it didn't happen again. He was also really flexible about check-in and check-out time. The apartment itself is very comfortable, and the location is great. If I could give this stay 6 stars, I would!

Perfectly lovely apartment

I had the opportunity to stay for one months in this perfectly lovely appartement in Tel Aviv's exciting city center which provided me with all I could need so far from home to make my stay homey and pleasant. Ronen was a wonderful and attentive host, answering all my most stupid questions right away. The appartement was well kept and very clean. The beach, but also bus stops and the city center are just around the corner, so the place is perfectly located for both, business and fun.

Superb location!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It had everything that we needed, incl. a laundry machine. The apartment is exact as you see in the foto's. It was clean and cool (airco). The location is superb! Just around the corner you will find Dizengoff, with a lot of shops, boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets. All walking distance. 5 minutes walking to a very nice beach. Gordonbeach or Hiltonbeach. I stayed there with three teenagers. Ronen is a very kind and helpfull host! He realy was there when ever we had any question.

Very nice apartment

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, nice and perfect if you want to spend your time in the centre of TLV and the beach. You can walk to everywhere and when you finish your day you can be sure this apartment is waiting for you to offer the perfect rest. The decoration is important for me and is one of the best things of this apartment with its owner Roner, he can't be more reliable and kind. We had a great time there!

I have been to South & North America , Asia & Europe. During my trips I stayed in many guest houses ,hotels , Apartments ,B&B and I tried to bring a little bit of all what I liked and needed during my far away stays and make the apartments I offer as comfortable and pleasent as possible.

It will also be my pleasure to provide details and tips about Tel - Aviv & Israel.
