About this property

AMAZING TWO BEDROOM CONDO RIGHT ON BEACH WITH TWO BALCONIES

This is a huge two bedroom unit with two baths, full kitchen, and laundry. There are two balconies overlooking the beach - one off the living room and one off the master bedroom - we leave the sliding door open at night and listen to the waves in our bedroom. If I can't sleep, I go look at the moon and the ocean from the balcony.

There's a very nice outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, and hot tubs out front by the beach. The beach is very large and sandy and never crowded - we play horseshoes, soccer, croquet, frisbee, etc. and fly kites and build sand castles, as well as sunbath and swim. Waves are great. You can rent chairs with umbrellas for the week if you wish - they are right out front.

A short walk down the beach is a place to rent jet-skis or go para-sailing. There are also several outdoor beachfront restaurants and/or bars within walking distance.

We also love the mini-golf all over the area, as well as the water parks, amusement parks, shopping, regular golf, and much more. And we always hit a couple of all-you-can-eat seafood buffets.

The unit has a full kitchen, well stocked, a living room with two pullout couches and a large screen TV. The master bedroom is huge with a large king bed and walk in closet (our kids used to sleep in it when small), and a bath with one sink inside the shower/toilet room and one sink outside - perfect.

There is a second bath in the hall and a second bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed, also with a large closet and a couple of dressers.

In addition, there is a linen closet, a broom closet, and a large mudroom where we put all the boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, golf clubs, etc.

This is a fairly quiet part of town - not in the commercial center. But it is walking distance to town (a long walk, but there are sidewalks - and a beach - all the way). A private parking spot labeled with the unit number is reserved out front for every unit.

We love it and go every year. We own three units at this facility.

Family fun in Myrtle Beach

Great location on the beach and close to airport. Comfortable space for our extended family: 5 adults and a 16 year old. We had a great time on the beach, brookgreen garden summer lights at night, going to the boardwalk and Pirate Dinner. Owner was super responsive and helpful.

I’m so sorry you had a problem with the water. We’re here this week and the water in the shower is very hot. I had to turn the heat down a notch when I took a shower. My husband and son confirmed that it was very hot for them too. I asked the property manager and the maintenance manager if there had been a problem with the water last week and they both said there hadn’t been any issues that they were aware of and they hadn’t had any complaints. Please accept our apologies.

Coming off a cruse and staying at this property was so relaxing the views alone are worth the stay. Check in process was easy, and the employees around the property were very polite and helpful. And the property was very cleaned and in a quiet, just as described.

Best place we've stayed!

My husband and I usually come to Myrtle Beach at the beginning of March and no one is around so we were a little concerned about the beach being too crowded. There was no need to worry. This property is located in a perfect spot! The condo was huge, clean and completely updated. All we had to do was bring in our suitcases and head out to the beach! We really hope to rent from the same owners again. They were very kind and courteous along with the rest of the staff!

Myrtle Beach Stay- Regency Towers

The condo was very nice- it was very spacious for a 2 BR/2 BA unit. The kitchen was updated and it had all the necessary utensils. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit as we were there for my 10 year old son's baseball tournament. The lobby and pool area were a little dated compared to other resorts in the area. The location was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the MB area ballparks.

We use this property every year - our kids grew up with our annual trip to the beach. We used to always go to the water park and the amusement park. Now we do jet skiing and parasailing and dolphin viewing excursions and lots and lots of eating! We own three weeks now - got a second week at our original unit (504) and also got the same week in unit 304 for when our family grows. These units both have two balconies! We've never found another unit in any other facility that has this - balcony off the living room for kids and one off the master bedroom for us - we leave the sliding door ajar at night to listen to the waves - incredible!

Why they chose this property

The two balconies is a huge selling point, as well as the huge amount of entertainment options available in Myrtle Beach and the uncrowded beach right out front. There's so much room on the beach, we can play horseshoes and frisbee, even soccer. The kids practice skimboarding and we all ride boogie boards in on the waves as well as just relax in charis on the beach. Beach chairs with umbrellas are available for rent on the beach right out front. You can rent for the whole week at a reasonable price. We also love that the pool and hot tubs are right by the beach. We absolutely love it! As soon as we retire, we'll be spending both weeks there ourselves, and probably using both units.

What makes this property unique
