Do you imagine for area mountains, on your left the Fiz Mountain range, view on the parapente area (dont forget binoculars !), on the other side, the Aravis Mountain range (where James Bond 007 was filmed ). If you turn again the head, you will see the Joly mountain, Dome de Miage and the the glacier peak of Bionace. A big visual panel, which will give you envy to walk along the many trails, other for the skier on the many snow tracks. You will discovery why this place is bancable. After this sportive moment, why not to go in the Saint Gervais baththerms at only 5 minutes in car car from your rental. To close your day, you will enjoy with the sunset view on the White Mountain, from the Passy lake. For sking we now have the Fayet Gongola Lift at 5 minutes drive away, which takes you up at Saint Gervais and another Gondola lift, takes you up to Le Bettex, at the foot of the slop. The proximity of Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva, and Evian, get you time to ride a feast for the eyes effortlessly. The White Mountain, the highest european peak, worth it alone the travel. Enchanting !

Semaine à la montagne idéal

Appartement chalet très agréable, spacieux avec nombreux couchages, habitable par 8 personnes. Idéalement situé, entouré par les montagnes, il y fait très bon vivre. Le seul point à indiquer est que les plombs peuvent sauter avec le grille pain. Très recommandable et recommandé!

Séjour agréable

Bon accueil de Nathalie et son mari. Gîte très propre, fonctionnel et spacieux pour 5 personnes. Nous avons apprécié le confort dû au chauffage à notre arrivée. Le domaine skiable de Plaine-Joux, plus économique que celui de St-Gervais, est situé à environ 20mn du gîte et est adapté aux familles avec enfants. Beaucoup de randonnées à faire dans la région. A part un Super U trés proche, il n'y a pas d'autres commerces à proximité du gîte. Nous y avons passé une semaine trés agréable en Février. Juste une remarque : la localisation du gîte sur le site Abritel est imprécise. Il faudrait indiquer plus clairement l'adresse.

Location et proprio très sympa ! Nous étions une famille de 4 et nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Appartement très spacieux, propre et complet. À 2 pas de l'autoroute et du Super U. À 10 min en voiture des télécabines du Bettex pour le domaine Mont Blanc évasion. Bref, à recommander !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine Propriétaire discret et sympa La location est comme sur les photos , tout parfait 😃 Fonctionnel, propre, de très bon appareils ménager Literie très bonne Très spacieux et calme 😴 Nous avons adoré la pièce à vivre avec le îlot centrale 😉 Et le top , Commerce à 5 min à pieds , piscine de Passy a 5 min Et de l'appart , le choix pour pleins de domaine skiable : Plaine de Joux , St Gervais , les bouches , combloux, les contamines........ Plan d'eau de Passy a 3 kms Les thermes a 10 min 😍 Nous reviendrons en été

Bonjour, Super appartement très bien équipé et confortable. L'endroit est magnifique avec un grand jardin. Super pour les enfants et pour les barbecues. Appartement conforme au descriptif

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un coin de France qui est un régal pour les yeux. L'appartement est propre, spacieux et surtout très bien équipé. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, à 5 mn à pied d'un supermarché. Son grand jardin clos est parfait pour les enfants et pour prendre ses repas face à un cadre magnifique. Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre sur de nombreux sites incontournables de la région : Aiguille du Midi, Mer de Glace, Tramway du Mont-Blanc, Parc du Merlet, gorges de la Diosaz. La proximité du plan d'eau est également un atout. Nous conseillons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Eté au pied du Mont Blanc

Magnifique région à voir absolument!!!! Baignades dans un superbe lac, randonnées, parapente..... Tout pour satisfaire les grands et les petits. Appartement spacieux et propre, avec un grand jardin donnant sur le Mont Blanc : un vrai bonheur de pouvoir manger dehors en appréciant la vue. Je conseille vivement cette location, et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

location trés bien située, propriétaires au top

Idéalement placé pour les curistes de saint Gervais, les balades en montagne ou le ski. Étant sur le plateau nous n'avons jamais eu de bouchon contrairement aux locations plus en altitude, par exemple il ne faut que 5 min en voiture pour aller à la cure contre plus de 25 depuis St gervais centre. Pratique, on peut faire les courses à pieds. Le terrain est grand et permet à nos enfants de jouer ,de faire du vélo, pendant que nous faisons une partie de pingpong. L'environnement est calme et sécurisant. Les propriétaires sont discrets, super accueillant et toujours disponibles, difficile de faire mieux! Nous recommandons vivement cette location à tous et vous souhaitons d'y passer d'aussi bons séjours que nous.
