Easy to deal with

This property was a perfect size for my family and the pool was clean. I would definitely stay again! Remember to bring your own toilet paper and maybe some towels as they don’t provide some of those sorts of things.

We are glad you had a great time. As advertised, our units are self catering. We provided a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen and a trash bag. Further supplies, as needed, should be purchased during your stay. However, we have noted that there needs to be more towels and will address this. Thank you.

Disney Vacay

It was further from disney parks than stated. Took 20-30 min each day to get to the parks. Could not get heat to come on. But it was nice and clean.

Family time

The property in general was as described. The pool was quite dirty as well as a few things were broken or in need of repair. My daughter contacted the company but it took 3 days before someone finally came out. My daughter ended up purchasing a pool skimmer as there was not one at the house. The mgmt company kept indicating that the requests were not emergency. Candidly the inability to use the pool was not good. House was rented because we wanted to use the pool.

Would not recommend

Perks: The home is close to many attractions and restaurants. Nice to have a private pool at rental home. Plenty of room for large families/groups. Negatives: Unfortunately we found more negatives than positives with this vacation home. The living room rug was covered in hair (both animal and human) and dirt. Bathroom rugs smell strongly of mildew and when we picked them up, tons of dirt fell out. Upstairs tub/shower doesn’t drain well. Downstairs shower feels like an airsoft assault. Bugs and food smashed on walls and living room blinds. Dishes in cabinets still had food particles on them. Washing machine sounded like a chopper taking flight even with a small balanced load. Pool screen had a few holes (one panel completely hanging off) so on our first day the pool area was not accessible because of the bugs that were let in. This issue was repaired on day 2 of our stay. The company who replaced the screens left the screen trimmings inside the pool so we had to scoop them all out. Only one ping pong paddle, 1 pool stick and missing pool balls. The neighborhood is extremely busy and the neighbors are not very courteous. At all hours we heard loud music from cars and houses, construction vehicles and fireworks. Overall, we made it work but didn’t get much rest. Some of the minor issues we listed can be easily fixed. Definitely in need of a better cleaning company and some new rugs!
