You can stay in this beautiful Tree Shaded South Facing Home. It is on one of Manhattan Beach's most desirable streets, close to downtown Manhattan Beach, the pier, numerous restaurants and shops not to mention steps away from the beach. Take a swim or play a game of volleyball, run, bike ride or take a walk along the Strand that goes for miles along the ocean. Enter the home to shining antique maple wood floors throughout and high ceilings with accent lighting. There is a grand piano and plenty of seating in front of the fireplace and doors that open wide to the patio outside. The dining area has a table for 8, Chandelier above and doors that open wide to the front patio, barbecue and table with 6 chairs under mature trees. The Kitchen/Living Room is next with a 32” Flat Screen TV, again plenty of room to sit and relax and or play our second piano. The Kitchen has a granite Island with sink, bar stools, stainless gas range, dishwasher, microwave and a large pantry. There is a powder room next to the Kitchen and then down a few steps to the laundry room and garage (storage). There is one parking space inside the garage, a second overflow space on the driveway outside, and lots of additional street parking (rare in Manhattan Beach!). Up the stairs to the 2nd level is a girl's bedroom that faces east and gets the morning sun. This room has bunk beds and an attached bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. The boys room faces west and north and has a nice cool afternoon sea breeze and afternoon sun. There are bunk beds, a desk and an attached green tile bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Guest room has west windows and a queen bed, attached bathroom with limestone tile and a white marble shower. Thru the hallway and up a few steps with skylights shining off the wood floors you pass a study and then a walk-in master closet on the right and the Master Bathroom on the left. The master bath is breathtaking. A pedestal tub is set next to the shower and natural light from the large windows above the tub illuminate the bright white tub and deep green extra-tall shower with seat. To complete this spectacular bathroom there is a personal wood paneled sauna. Just outside the master bath is the south facing master bedroom. Large windows with just the right amount of natural light all day. There is a queen bed, 2 plush chairs, 32” flat TV and your personal balcony with 2 lounge chairs and side tables. The 5th bedroom is up a ½ level and is a spacious game room/den with daybed. There is an attached bathroom with shower and beige tile. French doors open from this room to a huge 3rd floor deck with soft grass turf, two reclining steamers in full southwest sun for hours, 4 chairs and a table, and a view of the safest and friendliest neighborhood in Manhattan Beach.
