All rooms have central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, radiant heated bathroom floors, and individual room stereo controls along with smart lighting downstairs. There's even a loft for kids and laundry room. Plenty of parking in front plus a large back parking pad outside the keypad locked yard gates complete the convenient, safe experience.

With virtually every room having glass door access to the outdoors, this house creates a truly unique indoor/outdoor experience that takes full advantage of the gorgeous Southern California weather.
