Hi friends! We are the Pater Family! We reside in Tennesse but make frequent trips down to the beach! we love this location so much that we just had to buy a house there! We hope you love it too :)

Why they chose this property

We are only steps from the beach here at Sunwatch Cottages which is perfect when you have kids and stuff to tote along! The pool is wonderful and the pier into the lagoon makes for wonderful crabbing and fishing.

What makes this property unique

Our house had a gorgeous makeover in 2016 to reflect our personality after purchasing it. This being a 5 bedroom, newly built home makes it great for holding large family vacations. We have ample bed space, with bunk beds in the kids room and queen size beds in most of the guest rooms. Full size refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer along with a washer/ dryer. Picnic table and grill under the house.
