Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie, haben dieses Haus für 10 Tage gemietet.Als erstes zur Vermieterin:Der Kontakt war tadellos. Sehr freundlich, schnelle Antworten bei einem Problem.Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos.Als zweites zum Haus: es ist schon älter, aber in guten Zustand. Es waren ausreichend und ordentliche Betten vorhanden. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, in der sich auch geduscht werden kann. Bei den Wasserhähnen muss man die Temperatur mit einer Zweihandamatur einstellen.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Besteck sind mehr wie genug vorhanden.Im Wohnzimmer fehlt ist ein Fernseher, dieser ist in der Beschreibung allerdings auch nicht angegeben. Genügend Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es sowohl im Essbereich wie auch im Wohnbereich.Die Stühle im Essbereich und auf der Terrasse sind allerdings recht unbequem.Auf der Terrasse wäre eine Lieferung oder ähnliches noch sehr angenehm gewesen.Der Garten ist wirklich wahnsinn. Viel größer noch als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wunderschön und ruhig.Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

un séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable

Nous avons passé un séjour au top dans cette maison en Ardennes ! La vue sur la prairie et l’étang est tout simplement superbe, un vrai havre de paix. L’endroit est calme, propre et parfaitement équipé, avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. La literie est agréable, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après de belles balades dans les environs. De nombreuses visites et restaurants sympas sont accessibles à proximité. Mention spéciale aux propriétaires, très réactifs et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Zeer rustige cottage en zalige omgeving

Het verblijf was niet echt proper gekuist. En persoonlijke ontvangst met een beetje meer uitleg zou leuk zijn. Het gazon was te lang, maar na een berichtje naar de eigenares was dit dezelfde dag in orde (toppie). De cottage is super qua indeling maar het meubilair past niet bij dit alles, te oud en versleten. Ook de bedden zouden eens vervangen mogen worden.

Je suis contente que vous ayez profité de votre séjour. Nous ne souhaitons pas mettre de meubles modernes car cela ne nous semble pas approprié au cadre rustique de la maison. Nous avons remplacé le mobilier du salon il y a moins d'un an et nous sommes désolés que cela ne soit pas à votre goût.

ist so eine Sache

Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei 14 und 16 Jahre alten Mädels, dem 25 Jahre alten Bruder und uns Eltern. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus. Viel Schatten, auch an sonnigen Tagen einer schönen Wiese hinter dem Haus und dem Bach daneben. Das Haus klein aber in Ordnung. EG Küchenzeile, Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und WC. Oben Bad und drei Schlafräume. Aufgrund der Infos der Vermieter ein guter Start, Liste abarbeiten und gut war. Betten selbst bezogen mit gemieteter Wäsche und fertig wars. Schöne Wanderungen und gutes Wetter waren ein wichtiger Aspekt. :-) Der Grill war häufig in Benutzung. Was mich etwas gestört hat, kurz vor unserem "Einzug" ging wohl die Waschmaschine kaputt, das wurde uns erst auch Nachfragen mitgeteilt, sehe ich als nicht ideal an. Auch wurde dieses nicht in den Suchmaschinen eingebunden. Wir haben das geprüft. Auf Nachfrage hat man sich zwar entschuldigt, Basis des Vertrages war aber die Maschine. Bin gespannt wie sich das noch entwickelt. Grundsätzlich gut, wenn man richtig Ruhe sucht. Unser Hund hat die Wiese genossen, wobei Zecken hier wohl ein ständiger Gast sind. Waldgegend halt.

Sur le site il est bien indiqué qu'il n'y a pas de machine à laver le linge et je suis désolée que vous ayez pensé qu'il y en avait une. Comme je vous l'avais précisé, il y a machine et séchoir publics à Tenneville, la localité la plus proche du village. Bonne journée.

Wat een uitzicht!

Het huisje is gezellig en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Het uitzicht vanuit de huiskamer is adembenemend. We hebben er een goede week gehad en veel gewandeld. Minpunten waren de kwaliteit van het bed en het feit dat, zelfs met de twee elektrische radiatoren én de houtkachel aan, het huisje niet goed te verwarmen was in februari. Daar moet ik wel aan toevoegen dat we de radiatoren niet maximaal hebben open gezet in verband met de huidige hoge stookkosten.

Erg slechte ervaring gehad. Een verwaarloosde en vieze woning en zeer onvriendelijke eigenaresse.

De woning is erg vies, verwaarloosd en toont vele gebreken. Bij aankomst hebben we eerst moeten schoonmaken terwijl we 60 euro daarvoor hadden betaald. Ook was de gehele woning heel koud, klam en schimmelig. Het heeft 2 dagen geduurd voordat het een beetje aangenaam was qua temperatuur, we hebben daarvoor veel moeten stoken (electra en hout) waardoor we extra kosten hebben gemaakt. Beddengoed was goor, keukengerei plakte van het vet enz enz. Het enige positieve was het uitzicht en de omgeving. Als klap op de vuurpijl kregen we bij vertrek van de eigenaresse te horen dat we het bestek verkeerd hadden terug gelegd en beschadigingen zouden hebben aangebracht! We waren eigenlijk niet van plan om te klagen over de slechte omstandigheden maar toen zij deze beschuldigingen naar ons uitte, hebben wij gemeend om er toch werk van te maken. Heel erg jammer. Onze week is echt verpest.

Cela fait plus de 20 ans que nous louons notre maison et c’est la première fois que nous avons une tellement mauvaise expérience avec nos locataires… La maison était très sale après leur séjour et du matériel ainsi que du mobilier ont été déplacés ; l’équipe de nettoyage a passé beaucoup plus de temps que d’habitude à tout nettoyer et remettre en ordre. Nous avons dû par ailleurs racheter du matériel que nous n’avons pas retrouvé et nous avons retrouvé du matériel neuf dans les poubelles…. Des dégâts importants de peinture à différents endroits dans la cage d’escalier ont été remarqués et signalés aux locataires qui n’ont pas voulu reconnaître leur responsabilité. Nous étions dans la maison juste avant leur arrivée et savons bien que ces dégâts n’étaient pas là. Nous allons devoir repeindre la cage d’escalier. Le total des frais dépassent largement la garantie bloquée sur Abritel. Ce commentaire négatif manque d’objectivité car, comme le précisent les locataires, il a été écrit en réaction au mécontentement dont nous leur avions fait part par rapport à l’état de la maison et aux dégâts occasionnés. Bref une très mauvaise expérience qui nous désole car nous faisons tout pour que nos locataires soient bien chez nous…. Ce qui nous rassure, c’est que la grande majorité de nos locataires sont ravis et pour un bon nombre d’entre eux, ils reviennent régulièrement….

Jammer, het had veel beter gekund

De woning was niet netjes, hebben eerst moeten stofzuigen en borden, kopjes, pannen en bestek afgewassen. Fornuis was vettig. Schimmel op het dakraam in de badkamer. Verder meubilair wat niet van deze tijd is, een houten tuinset als bankstel en 2 Ikea stoelen. Bedden oud en matrassen die er niet proper uitzagen en waarschijnlijk al jaren oud zijn, gezien de kuilen er in. Voor ons was dit een enorme domper op wat een leuk weekje vakantie zou moeten zijn. Het enige leuke was de locatie: mooi vrij in de natuur, op 500m van een dorpje.

Mooie locatie

Ruim huis met mooi uitzicht, op een hele rustige plek. Mooi uitgangspunt voor wandelingen in de bossen. Wel erg zachte matrassen en een harde bank. Maar de Ikea stoelen zaten prima.

Een aangelegd terras (klinkers of tegels) en nieuw terrasmeubilair ( weg met die vieze, versleten plastieken stoelen en tafel) zouden een serieuze meerwaarde betekenen voor deze prachtig gelegen vakantiewoning..

Rustige plek, goed geslapen met t geluid van t kabbelend beekje. Huisje is prima met een gezellige houtkachel. Hele vriendelijke gastvrouw. We komen graag nog eens terug.
