This is the perfect home for family gatherings with spectacular views from the oceanfront living room and dining area. Settle in to the master suite with views of the ocean from your luxurious king size bed and built-in electronic fireplace and large screen tv. Step out on the private deck off the master and enjoy rocking chairs aimed right at cargo ships moving across the horizon towards the port of Savannah. Relax with an air bath in the custom master tub for two.
Enjoy private club privileges with pools and a world class restaurant (“The Deck” – Tybee’s only truly oceanfront restaurant) right next door on the property.
Walk right out the back door through the dunes and you’re on the beach!
Parking is available for up to three cars. The home includes a 2 car garage with 3rd space outside in a private gated lot with NO CROWDS.

Greetings! Our story started 20 years ago with a visit to Tybee. We rented in the community, loved it, and decided to own. We waited for the one with the BEST view of the ocean... and got it! Tybee is about 4 hours from our home in the Atlanta suburbs. When we aren't skiing, we head to the beach, about 5 times/yr. It's a perfect creative space for us to express our love of original art and local crafts. It's just plain fun to decorate a home on the coast.
Why they chose this property
We love this beach. We don't like crowded commercial beaches. Tybee is the perfect place with plenty to do but still offers a quaint, local's feel. Our place is directly on the ocean and the views are truly amazing! There are only a small percentage of true oceanfront properties on Tybee so we love to share our unique find.
What makes this property unique
Last time we didn't even use our car. The beaches are unlike most- they are huge with no shortage of very private walking space. There is a city park across the street with tennis courts, picnic tables, basketball and sand volleyball courts. We are in the perfect location and you feel like there is such privacy from our decks yet there is loads to do within a short walk.
