The house is located in Port de Sant Miquel, a quiet and family-friendly environment, connected to the airport and the entire island. At Can Pep Pardal you will find the perfect balance between comfort and serenity.

This traditional house, with more than 150 years of history, invites you to relax and has two cosy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room where you can eat at its large wooden table, and a butane stove, as well as a beautiful fireplace. The interior design respects the traditional style of the island, with rustic and modern details that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Its ceilings, with juniper beams, transport you to the past. From the windows and the large main door you can enjoy views of the garden and nature.

The large Mediterranean garden outside exudes peace and is ideal for enjoying an al fresco dinner, having a glass of wine while watching the sunset or simply relaxing to the sound of nature. Feel free to enjoy the fruits that grow on the trees on the property.

The nearest beach is just a short walk away, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the sea, while having the peace of mind of being in an environment away from the hustle and bustle. A few minutes by car is the cove of Benirràs, one of the most spectacular beaches in Ibiza, with sunsets that will always be in your memory.

Location - perfect!

Miguel’s house was perfect with my children especially for this trip without a car. 5 min stroll to the beach, it really could not be easier

Really peaceful and comfortable house close to many amenities

The owner is really helpful and friendly. The property is really accessorised, ideal for a family holiday. The place is a gem but if you want to venture out the port of san miguel you need a car

Lovely place by the sea!

We stayed at the beginning of August when it was very hot; the place has air con which was great, beach just down the road which was very busy so would recommend driving along the coast to find some of the smaller coves. Host lives next door and was very helpful with recommending places to go and where to get food etc.

very lovely and nice original ibicencan finca in our favourite spot on ibiza. Very nice host and everything was clean and we felt very welcome from the first second. we definitely will come back!

We had a beautiful stay in Sant Miguel... laughed our way around the island!

We arrived in the evening and we were greeted and shown around the property. Our host was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. He explained how everything worked in the house. We travelled all around the island during our stay and found the most beautiful beaches: ate yummy food and even took a trip out to Formentera. Belle finca au calme au nord d’Ibiza

Belle maison avec de l’espace et le charme de l’ancien. Notre séjour s’est bien passé et la communication avec Miguel est ok. Seul bémol : la Clim n’est pas très puissante mais fonctionne et surtout il manque une vraie table et des chaises pour manger dehors le soir. Celle présente sous un arbre est trop vielle et trop petite pour 4 personnes (la pergola avec table en photo n’est plus d’actualité)

Sehr gepflegte, alte liebevoll eingerichtete Finca. der Gastgeber hat sehr guten Geschmack. Wunderschöner verwunschener Garten. perfekte Lage- zu Fuß im 5 Minuten am Strand von San Miguel, mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in Beniras in weniger als 15 min. zum Einkaufen in Sanat Gertrudes. Zudem kleine Geschäfte direkt vor Ort.

Wundervolle Finca

Wir haben uns bei (und mit Miguel) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist groß, mit viel Platz für uns vier (2Erw./2 Kinder), total schön eingerichtet und der Garten läd zum entdecken und verweilen ein. Notwendige Dinge sind vorhanden, insofern man etwas vermisst, etwas braucht oder Fragen hat, Miguel kümmert sich umgehend. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

A wonderful relaxing holiday

We really loved Miguel’s house it was beautifully presented with authentic Ibizan touches that really brought out the history of this 100 year old plus building. La casa es una típica edificación rural ibicenca, equipada para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas, con una bonita decoración y un jardín muy bien cuidado, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa de Port de Sant Miquel. Somos una familia con 2 niños, la casa es muy espaciosa y cómoda El propietario muy atento a nuestras necesidades.

Spacious villa with a wonderful garden and walking distance to the beach - highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay in Miguel‘s lovely house. We came as a family of four and our kids had the best time exploring the huge garden while we as parents relaxed on the terrace. The house is generously spaced with a big living room and master bedroom and a lovely second bedroom. The house is located 2 blocks from a nice sandy beach. What more could you ask for..? .Miguel is a wonderful host, very helpful and super friendly. Thanks for having us, Miguel - we hope to be back soon.

Bel emplacement, calme, accessible, super accueil

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Miguel. Il nous a accueilli de manière très amicale et avait répondu à notre demande pour le lit de notre fille en bas âge. La maison est bien équipée, les murs en pierre de plus de 50cm d'épaisseur en font un endroit qui reste frais. La climatisation dans le séjour suffit pour toute la maison. La cuisine est très spacieuse, ainsi que la chambre parentale. C'est meublé de beaux meubles anciens. C'est la maison familiale de Miguel depuis plusieurs générations. Le jardin est très grand, avec d'énormes figuiers et arbres fruitiers. Miguel vit à proximité, il est disponible en cas de besoin et d'une grande discrétion. Merci Miguel pour votre accueil. Sûrement à une prochaine fois.

Acogedora caaa ibizenca

La casa es verdaderamente una casa típica ibizenca sumamente acogedora para 4 personas. Está equipada con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas buenas vaciones. A la playa del puerto de San Miguel se llega en 5 minutos a pie. Miguel vive en lacasa de al lado pero su casa tiene una entrada independiente, con lo cual se tiene total privacidad. Miguel es un excelente anfitrión, siempre disponible para cualquier consulta o lo que uno necesite, tanto personalmente como por whatsup. Nuevamente muchas gracias, Miguel!

Peaceful lovely house and owner

We arrived late at night and the owner, Miguel, greeted us to check us in and gave some information. The house is just 2 minutes by food to the beach and some bars and restaurants. The area is quiet and many trees around!! Never expected the island was so green. We were 4 in the house and there was plenty space. Hope to be back next year

Pasamos 8 días una pareja con dos niños pequeños en una casa payesa auténtica decorada con todo tipo de detalles que era como volver al pasado. Además muy cerca de la cala de La cala san Miguel que es preciosa y en un entorno maravilloso. La atención por parte de Miguel ramon estupenda. Volveremos

Tres bon séjour chez Miguel , avec un très bon accueil !

La maison correspond en tous points aux photos. Pas de surprise. Terrasse agréable. Son positionnement a 200m de la plage est bien agréable, meme Si le port reste assez populaire. Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent !

Maison familiale à 2 pas de la mer

Maison très confortable, spacieuse et très bien équipée pour une petite famille (nous avons 3 enfants). La proximité de la mer permet de ne plus toucher la voiture. Il s'agit d'une maison typique espagnole qui garde la fraîcheur l'été. Un très beau terrain entièrement sécurisé entoure la villa. Le port de San Miguel est un petit port familiale, la plage est sécurisée. Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances sereines. Miguel est très sympa et disponible au besoin.

Perfect rustic retreat

I can highly recommend this Villa, it is perfect in every way, clean, spacious and well placed for the beach. For those wanting all-mod cons look elsewhere, I personally prefer the rustic to the modern and this was a very good introduction to Ibiza. Ramon was very helpful, with good communication throughout. Would return here in an instant! My only regret that week was not seeing the jelly fish flag flying at the lifeguard station and going for a quick and subsequently painful swim to cool down. But hey that is down to my stupidity - ho ho.
