Our party had a great stay!!! Cabin has all the right things needed to cook, to have fun and enjoy our stay!! Great location with pretty views outside!! Nice little river across the street as well!
This cabin was perfect for our needs. It was fully equipped for us to cook one night and cozy for us to spend time together. David was responsive and a great host. Highly recommend this cabin.
Wonderful mountains and hiking. Struggled with uncomfortable beds though.

Perfect place for a quiet, relaxing get-away! Cabin is rustic, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Location is a short walk/drive to hiking trails, parks, restaurants, shops and area attractions. Hosts are friendly and helpful.
Great cabin, location and communication with the owner. The cabin was very clean, well stocked and great location. Could not have asked for more. Thanks!
This is the cutest coziest most comfortable cabin ever! Very rustic & decorated just darling! Nestled in the mountains w/other homes on a quiet secluded street.
This cabin is in a small neighborhood surrounded by mountains and a waterfall near by. The neighboorhood is quiet and you can hear the waterfall. It has a great screened in porch where you can enjoy the outdoors. The cabin has all the essentials.
Overall its a great place to get some R&R. We loved it and will be back.

I would come back — great location.
Rustic Cabin very close to Thomas & Catamount Trail Heads. Good food options within 5-minutes for a sit-down meal. Not much in the way of General Store or Fast Food so pack some snacks, fruits, coffee, and coffee filters or you’ll be driving. Garden of the Gods is only 20 minutes away.

This was the most peaceful, cozy, beautiful cabin in the mountains on the same street as the Green Mountain Falls trail! Right across from the creek, the peace and tranquility are just indescribable. We loved every minute of it, and David was such an attentive host! We appreciate you so much, David, and your magical little place! Thank you, and we will definitely be back!
We loved that this cabin was out of the way of all the traffic from the highway and the larger towns but still close enough to easily get to all the things we wanted to do. It was super quiet and peaceful sitting out on the screened in porch at any time of day. The overall rustic and vintage feel to the cabin and the decor is like taking a step back in time. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely book this cabin again.
The cabin was unusually hot. We couldn’t stay the second night. We spoke with the owner and he graciously offered to refund our money due to extreme climate conditions. He was very helpful!
This is a no frills rustic cabin, typical of the original cabins which populate the historical Green Mountain Falls area. It is ideal for a summer getaway and is beautifully situated on one of the main streets, where you can walk up to the Falls. It is across the street from the creek. Being here early in the season, the snowmelt had swollen the creek. We could hear the rush of the water, sitting on the porch, which is a lovely hangout spot for the summer, or sitting outside, experience the glorious trees, the creek and nature. It is quiet , a lovely way to commune with nature.
Great location near hiking trails, located close to a lot of activities. It’s in a very quaint and safe neighborhood. The place was super clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of blankets and bedding. Very quiet. You need to know that this place is very small. I would not book if you have more than 4 people. The beds are double size, and were pretty tight - definitely too small for two large adults. There is no air conditioning but plenty of fans, so beware if you are booking in the summer. I thought it was pricey for what it was. But, we enjoyed our stay.
We were really pleased with this property. We had everything we needed and the property manager and housekeeping both checked in with us during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.
We like to cook alot of our own meals on vacation and the kitchen was very adequate. We even brought our ice cream maker! :)
The cabin is a short hike from Catamount falls, and our family really enjoyed that, as well as the short walk to the lake/shopping/restaurant area. The Green Mountain Falls public pool was also close by and really nice for kids.
We really appreciated being able to bring our pups with us. It's a very pet friendly neighborhood with lots of dogs around. There was ample space for ours to walk and exercise without being a nuisance.
Thank you David for hosting us. We loved our stay!
This place has the feel of a rustic cabin. It has everything you need.
I would advise if you are older or have problems with knees, hips. There is a claw foot tub/shower. (Very cute) very difficult to get in and out of safely. It was perfect other than that for us. The running stream across the road was a plus.
Plan on hearing your neighbors if next door is rented and their dogs if they bring them. We would rent again if knees were in better shape.
Our Family had a great relaxing time at the cabin! Great hiking close by and excellent food in town. David the property manager was great to communicate with and came for a nice visit?! We will definitely go there again
Fun cabin, fully set up, great get away from big cities, quite town with beautiful scenery, nice weather, lots to do minutes away, owner was awesome and we will stay their again. Regrets, I should have done this sooner.
We loved the property and thought it was super cute. The mattresses were a little hard and when it advertises the beds on the porch it’s best for bigger kids or adults. No lock. Other cabins/houses are extremely close but the town is great and so were the owners.
