1st FLOOR 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo is located in Sandpiper Cove Condominiums, a gated community with 43 landscaped acres in the heart of Destin.

2nd entrance to condo from golf course. Front, back and side decks all enlarged giving plenty of room and outdoor seating.

We are located on the GOLF COURSE by the heated pool. The 6th hole of the course is just next to our back deck, see picture. Free par 3 golf, anytime you want to play! Clubs are in the condo for your use.

3 Flat screen Smart TVs, remodeled kitchen with all the accessories you will need- pans and small appliances, including Crock Pot.

Charcoal grills located at the pool next to our condo ~ steps from front door ~ yours to use anytime!

Debbie’s place was very accommodating for our family. Kids loved the bunk bed and big bed in their room along with tv for quiet time. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere while stepping out onto the back deck. Families were golfing but respectful the entire time. Very clean place. Beach service was simple and easy to do. Staff on grounds were very friendly and helpful too. Would stay here again in the future. Thanks, Debbie!

My family and I have stayed in multiple condos at Sandpiper Cove and this one was by far the cleanest and nicest. Everything was up to date and really made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this owner and unit.

Favorite place to stay in Destin

This was our second time staying at this unit. It is always clean and has everything we need. The owner is wonderful and is quick to respond for anything that arises. There is plenty of seating and a nice large table that is great for group dinner or puzzles and games. Can’t recommend this place enough. Will be our first choice for our family vacation next year!

Destin is a home away from home, for us! It’s the place that lowers our blood pressure. It’s what we look forward to in the stressful times. Condo 1090 was the perfect cherry on top. The condo is cute, clean, well laid out, and spacious! The owners are VERY responsive and friendly! One of the best years we have had in our 20+ of coming to Destin!

We loved everything about your condo...the furniture in the great room was a perfect fit for my group of 4 ladies. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room table accommodated our snacks and carry out well. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were fresh and clean. I enjoyed sitting on the porch most mornings, so comfortable and pleasant. We have stayed in several condos at SPC and this has been our favorite. Debbie, the owner was easily accessible and responsive to a few needs we had. She made us feel very welcome and we will definitely book again.

Great spot for family vacation

We loved this place. It was just what we hoped for and we would definitely return. The place was comfortable and clean. It was a good walk to the beach, but reasonable. The private beach was beautiful and quiet. The grocery store was convenient. There are a few things to note that may be helpful: *The golf course is not in good condition. The greens were dry and weedy. Talking to residents, this is not typical and the conditions were not usually this bad. We played it, but definitely not what we had hoped for. *There is chair service, but it is $48 per day so this was high for us and we did not have chairs since we had flown in. *There are no beach towels provided so bring them or plan on having to go buy them. *We spent a week and only had two dishwasher pods and trash bags and were told we could not get any more so we would have to go buy them.

Perfect place for us!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and exactly what we expected according to pictures and description. It has all the amenities we could have needed... Even the kitchen had everything we could have needed! The entire condo was very clean! Location was also great... Very close to the beach and within minutes of anything you could need. I love that it was in a gated community for the privacy and security. I really felt like the owner, Debbie, has it setup for her and her family to enjoy all the comforts of home! It was cozy and comfortable! Things that are out of the owner's control to be aware of and this would most likely apply all other lower level condos.... People upstairs... Must have dumped a cooler or something full of water on their deck because it saturated ours! (I thought it had rained!) Luckily, we did not have anything outside! Also, there were 2 teenage boys who maybe liked to wrestle or just goof off? They were loud... Voices, music, heavy walking and loud thumping all heard from above through late hours which eventually subsided or we just fell asleep from exhaustion from the day but again please remember this is NOT something the owner can control!! This info is just to help prepare for what could be and to help you pack accordingly! (Headphones, ear plugs or maybe noise doesn't bother you!) Debbie was excellent with communication and recommendations. Her love for the area shines and we would definitely stay there again! Overall-10/10. Nothing inconvenienced us and our stay was exactly what we wanted! Thank you to Debbie and family!

Our rental had everything we were looking for. Convince of a golf course outside the back door and pool outside the front. It is located conveniently close to town yet secluded from the hustle and bustle of town.
