Only 400 feet to West Dennis Beach. This 2 bedroom cottage which sleeps 5 (is part of a family run triplex) and is across from West Dennis Yacht Club and has a beautiful view of West Dennis Beach from front yard. This unit (#9) is an end unit (the other end unit (#11) is not rented out). For larger families, the identical adjoining unit can be rented (based on availability). This cottage offers a beautiful outside patio with a picnic table that overlooks salt water inlet. Amenities include: Cable/ High Def TV, High Speed Wifi Internet access, enclosed outdoor shower, and park-like charcoal grill. This cottage is privately owned and equipped for basic vacation needs. We (Dave and Marian Papallo) are both from Connecticut and have been coming to Cape Cod for over 60 years. We love it here so much, we even spent our honeymoon on the Cape Cod beaches! We have been married for over 52 years and have five children and twelve grandchildren. We love spend time in our cottage (Unit #11) and take pride in the cottages we rent (#9 and #10). Our children now assist us in the mangagement of the property and we plan on keeping the property in the family for many generations to come!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we loved the area and all it offered for our family of seven. We rented Unit #10 for several years before the previous owner put it up for sale. We are so happy we purchased this because our five children loved it so much and now our 12 grandchildren are making new memories here!

What makes this property unique

West Dennis beach is on the ocean side and the snack bar, bathrooms, showers and swings are on the end of the beach where our cottages are located. With the ocean just a short distance in front of the cottages and the salt water inlet right behind them, we loved the cross-breeze that comes through the cottages (hence the name Crosswinds). For larger families (or two families vacationing together), the identical adjoining unit can be rented (based on availability).
