Clean, safe, water-facing property in Choya Bay. It seems to be more of a locals neighborhood, which is good if you want to avoid the Sandy Beach and resort crowds.
We only stayed for a quick weekend, so my input might be a bit lacking.
We used GPS and had no difficulty locating the property
The patio faces the Bay; when the tide is low, you can walk a long way out (& get clams, if you wish).
The kitchen has a drip coffeemaker, fridge/freezer and probably anything you need to make meals (we were only there 2 days, so did not cook, or use anything other than a spoon or 2)
There are 3 bedrooms that have doors and a full/twin and twin bunk beds located in a alcove behind the stairs.
The A/C situation is good; we were very comfortable with the temperature in the house.
The water pressure is good; we were unable to figure out how to make the water hot, but it was fine, since it was only 2 days (we probably didn't read the house instructions thoroughly). Disposable of toilet paper is per "Mexico rules" (iykyk).
Easy drive to "Wrecked" and the Malecon'.
All-in-all, it was a nice, relaxing weekend & we can't wait to plan our next trip!
