This beautiful 3,000 sq/ft home is located in Choya Bay close to the Tuscon beach and walking distance to JJ's Cantina Restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the Coziness, Beautiful Ocean Views from the second story balcony and the comfy beds.

The Balcony upstairs has plenty of sitting area for a barbeque day and at night perfect for stargazing. Upstairs grill is charcoal and downstairs grill is propane.

This home has plenty of room and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay.

The upstairs has two separate Master Suite with King beds in each room, private bathrooms and balcony.

We loved the home and love where it was...in the quiet town of Cholla Bay. We loved walking to the beach to explore and also to a cute breakfast place in the little town. Home was plenty big and awesome. Loved the outdoor balcony!

La casa es muy amplia, tiene suficientes camas, también tiene artículos de higienepersonal, juegos de mesa que me pareció perfectos porque teníamos hijos y se divertían mientras estábamos en casa, el barrio es tranquilo y tiene un parque frente a la casa, lo cual fue genial para nosotros. Cuando tuvimos preguntas, el dueño nos respondió casi de inmediato. Realmente recomendaría esta casa, un lugar tranquilo para vacacionar y muy cerca del mar.

Fun Rocky Point Family Vacation

The house was perfect! Plenty of rooms for all the kids. Love the deck it was amazing to go out there early morning. Easy access to the beach. Only 10 minutes from town which made it nice. Also a plus there was a park right across the the street. Will definitely look at staying there again!

Great location in Cholla

Great place for an extended family stay. We spent a lot of time at the house playing games and cooking and the set up worked well. There is no oven and no satellite TV but the house is perfect for a family who wants to hang out and spend time together. Close to everything in Cholla. Owner is very attentive and responsive.

Paradise with a view.

What a great time we had in Puerto Penasco at the Casa Amares. There were a few glitches from the very beginning of our stay with the WIFI and access to getting into the house but the owner and his caretaker were very diligent in making every attempt possible to solve the problems. The home was very accommodating and very comfortable for the 6 adults and 4 kids. The beds were comfortable and the location was very close to the beach and JJ's Cantina as well as other great food options. The view from the master bedroom early in the morning is absolutely stunning and will be great to see again in the future.

The house to absolutely beautiful couldn't say more but fantastic. Loved the sitting outside deck area above the garage. The only negative is to bad it's on the corner with a stop sign as you get alot of noise from that.

Very nice house to rent!

We rented this house with 6 adults very comfortable we spent most of our time on the rooftop patio awesome breezes. Roger is very responsive to any questions we had and does a great job, the internet was good and we were able to park cars in the garage at night which was great.

This home to me and my family is an escape from the regular everyday life, the relaxing nights, watching stars from the deck, swimming in the beach, riding atv's, and golfing. It's a piece of heaven for us to enjoy and share with others.

What makes this property unique

The great layout of the home gives the ability to view the ocean from just about anywhere in the home, the chiseled granite adds luxury to the kitchen and bathrooms as well as inspiring tile design through the whole hose spreading out to the front porch and top deck. It is truly a must stay at place.
