This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo with its spectacular views of the beach and water is a vacationers paradise. Freshly painted rooms throughout with new carpeting and ceiling fans. There is new living room furniture (including a sleeper sofa) featuring a new 58' flat screen TV, DVR, Blu-ray and WI-FI. A small bistro type beveled glass table with 4 chairs is placed in the living room, just inside the balcony. Enjoy your meals or cooling refreshment overlooking this beautiful and tranquil beach and Gulf. Get your camera ready for those gorgeous sunsets, the view is fantastic! There is also a small table and chairs outside on the balcony. The dining room has a full size dining table that seats 6 for your entertainment needs. The master bedroom has a new queen size mattress with new bedding, new window treatments, a walk in closet and a new 32' flat screen TV. An updated shower is in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a king size bed (two twins together) and new bedding. There is a sliding glass door, with new window treatments in the room that opens up to that beautiful balcony and its views. What a way to get your day going! The guest bath has a bathtub/shower combination. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, microwave and flat top stove. A small 2 seat breakfast bar is available for a fast meal-adjoining the kitchen and dining room. There are two coin operated laundry rooms per floor. There is a private fitness room with various equipment and a flat screen TV to view while working out. A large community room and kitchen is available to use with the permission of the condo board. An assigned carport is available to you and as you walk into the lobby, you will get a warm welcome to your vacation rental. There are 2 elevators and only 7 floors to the whole building. Walk through the community room, out the doors to a tropical paradise swaying palm trees, a large heated pool, outdoor grill, umbrella tables, chaise lounges and chairs. An outdoor shower is also there for your convenience. A new walkway will lead you to the pristine velvet sands and an endless view of a blue shoreline.
