Beautiful renovated condo. Centrally located walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Tiled throughout, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and one with twin beds, as well as a sofa bed. TVs in master bedroom as well as living area. Spacious kitchen with all amenities including stove, microwave and large size refrigerator. Screened in porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Perfect Location

We stayed at this property for 10 nights and it had a perfect location to the beach (resident's beach entrance) and surrounding popular restaurants! It was also a very convenient walking location to everything on N. Collier Blvd. The property was clean and well cared for and had enough room for my spouse and siblings. My only suggestion would be for enough pillows and blankets for 5 people as listed. Overall we had a really great experience and would rent again!

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this newly remodeled condo. It was clean and very nice. The lanai was nice. Screened in with a small table and 3 chairs. we enjoyed breakfast in the morning and relaxed in the evening. The owner was extremely nice and answered all my questions. There is a very nice pool on the premises. You need to drive up to the beach. Many fine restaurants. We especially enjoyed Snooks Inn. excellent food.

Right in the middle of the Collier Strip - easy walking distance to a couple different restaurant complexes. Nice space, laundry just downstairs! Will definitely stay here again

Very nice unit as it has been renovated and the decor was right on. Bathroom is first class as everybody was very complementary of the renovation. Zackie was quick with responses and I would highly recommend this unit as it is convenient to Residents Beach. Check in was easy with the lock box. Just suggest a little more communication with the whole check in process as I felt I had to initiate the communication Overall very pleased

Great location!

This condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were modern and everything worked well. The owners met us upon arrival and helped us get oriented and were very helpful with questions. The condo is in a location that is convenient to everything and we got the pass to the Resident's Beach across the street which was beautiful. The pool is also clean and a nice spot for a relaxing time. We had many fun outings in the area and I would recommend this condo for a vacation rental on Marco Island.

A Great Stay

My husband, Daughter and grandson joined myself for the first week in April at Zakie’s condo on Collier Blvd. on Marco Island. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked. The decor was “beach” themed which my daughter thought was so cute and appropriate. If we had one disappointment it was that the condo does not have central A/C - there was 3 window A/C units which worked well to keep us cool, but was quite noisy at night. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it an 8 1/2 to 9.
