This fully (re)furnished, fully-applianced, comfortable 2nd floor condo is an ideal off-season rental (year long leases considered), and convenient, affordable summer rental only 1 mile from Old Orchard and Ocean Park beaches (30 night stay minimum). This unit is part of the quiet and safe Jameson Woods condominium complex, which DOES NOT ALLOW PETS of any kind, unfortunately. With two bedrooms, and their own respective bathrooms, this property is fantastic for roommates, graduate students (UNE, USM), a young family with children, as well as local professionals. During summer months it's a festive vacation spot for a long term renter (30 night stay minimum) with a vibrant tourism scene and beautiful beaches. It's also very conveniently located close to I-I95 for easy access to Portland and other Maine destinations. Book now!
It is commercially cleaned between guests, with particular attention to disinfecting surfaces.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with a new washer/dryer, new dishwasher, keurig coffee machine, stove, microwave etc. It comes fully furnished, with new living room furniture, high-speed wifi and a large flat screen TVs, and new air conditioning unit. It is less than a mile from the highway with easy access to Portland and surrounding areas, including Route 1, and Biddeford/Saco. It is also minutes from the Amtrak Downeaster train service to Boston. The location is ideal for commuters, students at University of New England and University of Southern Maine as well as beach bums!
2 designated parking spots in front of property. Ample guest parking is available. Convenient snow removal for the winter months included, and well maintained mowing and landscaping during warmer months (also included).

I'm a middle school teacher who has moved closer to where I work. I look forward to renting this cozy spot to a courteous tenant looking for a great place to live! It's quiet, safe, and convenient, and just moments away from a festive downtown area, accessible I-95 Maine turnpike to Portland, Saco train station (Downeaster to Boston), and beautiful sandy beaches.
