Spring time visit to Strasbourg

My husband and I loved this apartment. The apartment was very roomy, comfortable, and had all the conveniences we needed. It is located about an 8 minute walk to Tram B making it easy to get around the city.Christian and Pascal are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed talking with themWe would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

5 stars does not seem enough for how wonderful this was and what a good value it was for my 9 week stay. Everything I needed and more space than I could have asked for. The owners were very welcoming if I needed something but also left me alone otherwise. And it's a lovely little area, extremely safe feeling, with more than enough shops close at hand and multiple good transport connections to the City and train station. When I next stay in Strasbourg, I will 100% try to book this property again.

Sehr schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie befindet sich ziemlich zentral im Ortskern von Schiltigheim. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bus & Tramstationen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ich wurde von dem Eigentümer dieser Wohnung sehr freundlich empfangen. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und garantiert dem Gast wirklich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und komme jederzeit gerne wieder.

Agréable séjour hivernal. Nous sommes arrivés avec le désir de pouvoir nous reposer, de vivre quelques jours de détente dans la discrétion silence, le calme. Et nous avons été largement combles. Cuisine très bien équipee. Literie impeccable salle d’eau salle de bain et autres lieux de séjour bien chauffés ce qui est appréciable en ce moment d’hiver. On aurait envie de prolonger... mais... le soleil de notre pays d’origine nous attend et, accessoirement nos activités. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil. Peut-être reviendrons-nous?

"It was perfect! Clean, convenient, spacious, great amenities. the neighborhood was very calm. Close to a tramway station. Organic supermarket (serpent vert) in the nearby. I would recommend this place to everyone! a great place to stay for your home away from home! Landlords were wonderful! they went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable."

"The property was very cl...

"The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen was well laid out and having the extra toilet downstairs in the laundry was convenient. The location of the property was very quiet and pleasant but close to local shops and restaurants, post office, banks, bus into the city of Strasbourg (a ten minute ride or so and a very good service even at the weekend). Instruction books for all the equipment in the property were supplied. Supplies of dishwasher and washing powder were provided, which was very welcome for short stay guests. It was very pleasant to stay in an older area with the combination of very old buildings but all the modern facilities required, a part of Strasbourg but a bit separate as well. Connections to other interesting towns in France and elsewhere for day trips was easy from here by getting the bus to the city centre and the tram one stop to the main railway station. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone else."

"A very nice apartment in a great location, well away from the typical tourist areas. It was exactly as described and pictured, located in a nice neighborhood with a short walk to shopping and an excellent bakery virtually around the corner. A short walk to the tram line provides for an easy and inexpensive link to anywhere in Strasbourg. The owners were prompt in reply to email, very friendly and welcoming. Highy recommended."

"Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhige Wohnung, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die neue Einrichtung mit Küche, Waschmaschine und Bad. Das gilt auch für die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Man ist in kürzester Zeit mit der Straßenbahn im Zentrum von Strasburg."

"Man hat ein eigenes kleines Häuschen, sehr schön, geschmackvoll und neu eingerichtet. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig. Beste Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Sopülmaschine und internet. Bei der Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Die Verbindung nach Straßburg mit der Straßenbahn ist sehr praktisch."

"Hemos pasado dos semanas de agosto y hemos estado como en casa. Los propietarios son encantadores y se nota que se preocupan por el bienestar de los inquilinos. Wir waren die ersten Miet...

Wir waren die ersten Mieter und wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war genau so wie wir sie aufgrund der Fotos im Internet erwartet hatten - sehr modern, hell und luftig, schön eingerichtet und mit allem was man, auch für längere Ferien, braucht. (Waschmaschine/Wäschetrockner waren allerings noch nicht installiert). Die Lage ist erstaunlich ruhig und trotzdem sind die wichtigsten Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt fast um die Ecke. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Nähe zur Tramstation. Es hat uns prima gefallen!
