Relaxing stay in Sarasota

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The yard is very secluded and quite large, which was ideal for us. The house was exceptionally clean, and is well laid out. Powerful a/c system, super welcome for hot florida days. It also has a very large screened in lanai, which is perfect for relaxing.

We really enjoyed staying in this VRBO home. Good neighborhood and very close to Arlington park with a tennis court, pool, and playground. The enclosed yard was perfect for our dog. The hot tub was great. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and outdoor swing.

I was very happy about the location. It is very close to just about everything in Sarasota. Its a very nice neighborhood. Just a few blocks from the Sarasota Memorial. The park just down the street was awesome. Something for everyone there. I was very impressed with the backyard and landscaping. Very nice. This is my favorite place to stay in Sarasota. Off the beach.

Inside was very nice. Had everything we needed. The blender inside was broke. Outside needed some work. Grass really needed to be cut and a power washer would have cleaned up the outside nicely.

Very difficult person to rent from..

Was met with attitude and accusations every time I asked the owner very simple and basic questions. Was very annoying and intrusive to deal with. There is a laundry key and laundry room available to guests and when I asked where it was because her other renters, completely unrelated to us, asked where the laundry key was, “she replied with, why do you need to do laundry so urgently?? You just got there??” Which honestly, if my parents wanted to use the laundry facility would’ve been just fine because they just drove 20hrs… but regardless, it was very intrusive and rude..

We should have realized when on the listing the front of the house was not pictured. Old living quarters that needs cleaning and updating. The house is damp and smelled moldy. The best thing is the location. The owner needs to step it up. Disappointed and unable to cancel. Lesson learned won’t use VBRO again.

Located in a desirable neighborhood. Walking distance to a beautiful park and a heated outdoor Olympic size public pool. Off street parking. Restaurants and bars are a half a mile walk away. a short Uber or drive away from downtown Sarasota and all the cultural activities it has to offer. 15 minute drive away from both Siesta Key beach and Lido beach. There is also a trolley bus that goes to Siesta Key.

What makes this property unique

The property is located 2 blocks away from a pet friendly public park with an Olympic size pool that is heated in the winter months. Water aerobic classes run daily. There is also free tennis courts, lit up at night, basketball, Pickleball and an outdoor gym.
In the clubhouse of the park, there is yoga, Jazzexercise and other activities relating to the holidays.
THIS UNIT CAN BE BOOKED WITH THE FRONT UNIT IF YOU ARE A LARGE FAMILY OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS. THE FRONT PART SLEEPS 4 AND THIS UNIT SLEEPS 2
