We had 7 grandchildren and their parents with us, for vacation. Everyone had a bed and it was big enough to spread out. The hot tub was a great bonus when we came in for the night and needed to soak. We also liked the location and being away from the congestion. We will stay again. And recommend it to everyone.

We came to Pigeon Forge with a group of 12 and we wanted a place to all stay and be in close proximity to Dollywood! This location did not disappoint! It was so great to be basically across the street. Plenty of room for us all to fit comfortably. Easy check in process. The washing machine was not usable though due to needing a really good cleaning so that was a downside but other than that, it was great. Definitely would stay again.

Although the leaves didn't quite cooperate. The rental was fantastic. The price, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff were as advertised. The Unit itself was great actually more than we needed. The unit could use a few upgrades, but everything worked fine. If returning to Pigeon Forge in the future, I would definitely, try to book this unit again.

Stayed here over holiday weekend. Overall the stay was good. We had a group of 12 adults and kids. Layout was not like pictures listed but we made it work. There were two refrigerators but only one worked. Walls are very thin so we could hear the people upstairs walking and talking all night- which was frustrating but not necessarily a deal breaker. Hosts were responsive when called. Location was great- close to the things we wanted to do. Condo was clean and organized. Would stay again.

The place is really nice we enjoyed staying except if you hear through the wall is really bad and water stood outside our door where the hot tub was in the worst thing was that we didn’t have enough hot water for the girls to take a bath after one or two people to go shower it was just cold water and we had 12 girls there so water if you need to look at but overall we had a nice day thank you

Upon checking in we noticed it was not clean. We swept and cleaned up spiderwebs, dusted, swept baseboards, cleaned toilets, and killed bugs. Mold/mildew on bathroom ceilings, lights out in all bathrooms, one bed sink in the middle so 2 people couldn’t sleep in the same bed. IThe upstairs neighbors had kids and you could hear them running constantly. I will not recommend staying here at all. I will say, I was in constant communication with someone from the company but they could only tell me they would pass along my concerns. I’m waiting for a partial refund.

I had unit 13F it was very spacious. Everyone enjoyed themselves my only complaint is I went to do laundry the clothes washed just fine but I went to dry the clothes the dryer didn’t work. It would only heat up but not tumble so I had to hang the clothes over kitchen table chairs. Overall I would bring my family back to this location.

One of the rooms had beg bugs my niece was bitten. They changed us to another suite and that one was missing pots and pans, and cooking utensils, and some of the dishes were dirty. Before the bedbug incident I liked the stay. They need to get encasements for mattresses not those mattress protector that protect nothing.

We take such claims extremely serious and immediately sent out a professional pest control service to evaluate the cabin and address any possible insect issues. We also provided you with alternative accommodations based on our limited availability. You should also know that the cleanest cabin or 5 star hotel room can have insects brought into a cabin by guests. Cleanliness has nothing to do with how such insects enter a cabin. They are travelers, just like fleas or ticks, which are brought in by an individual or a pet. When any unforeseen issues or maintenance concerns arise we will always move quickly to address them as soon as possible. We were all very happy to hear that the expert opinion on this cabin was that there were no bed bugs found in the cabin during their investigation. We are sorry that you did not fully enjoy your last trip to the Smoky Mountains. We will continue to strive to provide all of our guests with a great vacation experience and know that given the chance your next visit can be one that you truly enjoy.

Good Location and Clean Property
Checkin was messed up since i was never sent the code. That jist took a call or two but since it was 10pm and very dark with no lights on porch it was a bumpy start. Outside checkin and poor lighting and communication the unit and location was great. We had a church group above us that rehearsed a River Dance segment around 11pm nightly it seemed and that was loud but prob normal on vacation. The last issue was poor communication on check out procedures.

Family Vacation in TN #1
This was one of the most amazing vacation experience I’ve ever had with my family. We had so much fun and enough room to sleep in without being overcrowded. I only had 3 issues. 1- when we arrived it seems that water was flooded near the hot tub area. 2- the next morning my nephew noticed the ceiling caved in and it has mold on the ceiling. 3- one guest didn’t seem to be mindful of other gussets when parking. He or she would park sideways so others couldn’t park which is a disadvantage for me. However I did call customer service and they were able to fix all of the issues we had except the inconsiderate guest who didn’t care if we had a parking spot.

First Booking with Vrbo
This was my first time using Vrbo and it was pretty easy booking with them. Overall, I did enjoy my stay here with my family. However, I wasn't aware at first when booking that they were setup like condos/apartments which wasn't a very big deal because the inside looked pretty nice. What bothered me the most though was that in two of the three bathrooms the shower liners had mold like spots on them. When I called the their help desk the lady was very nice and said she'd put the order in but no one ever came to switch them out. In the contract it said they don't refund for cleanliness because they stand by their work but they dropped the ball this time because it wasn't done the first time and then when I called they weren't switched, and it's unfair to us who stayed because we paid our money to not have everything spotless.

Our stay went fine, and we enjoyed our time in the Smokey Mountains. I gave the accuracy of the listing a 3 star as I received an email from Eden Crest the morning of our arrival letting us know that the bed situation was different then originally listed. This didn't work for the number of families we had staying so Eden Crest did bring in (2) roll aways for our use so everything worked out. The rest of the condo was clean and as shown in the description. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not working correctly so Eden Crest also brought in a new refrigerator for our use. Overall Eden Crest was very responsive and easy to work with either by phone or text. Our only complaint would be we were on the Lower Level and could hear the people above us walking around all night and our neighbors next to us....the walls are thin. That being said, if we were to stay again we would book a private cabin or a condo on the top floor.

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend in unit 13F.
---The Good:
-Fantastic Location. Minutes away from Dollywood!
-Check-in and Check-out process were simple with one exception listed below.
-Staff called to validate we were able to get into the room.
-Overall cleanliness was very good.
-Overall communication with staff was great.
---The Bad:
-Separate rental agreement required before checking-in and they wanted me to email a copy of my driver's license. This is Personally identifiable information (PII) that needs higher levels of protection.
-All Beds were very uncomfortable. One bed was sagging badly from use.
---The Ugly
-Walls/floors are thin and you can hear your neighbors talking/moving around. We clearly heard the neighbors above us and they were up past 1AM.
-Main bathroom shower, the handle falls off as there is no grub screw to keep it on. The tub backed up immediately as well. This made us question if the tub was actually cleaned.
---Summary
-We most likely will not stay at this location again due to the beds and thin walls/floors. We would stay at another Eden Crest property though, if there were none of these issues.

Your concerns about the rental agreement and ID being required for remote check-in are to protect from Identity theft and fraudulent charges and protect both the cabin owners and guests and our process is to ensure guest security. We're sorry for the discomfort caused by the beds and noise. We will share the feedback with the management team and the condo owners. Your willingness to consider another Eden Crest property means a lot to us, and we hope to welcome you back as we have chalets and cabins that would offer a more serene and peaceful stay!
Overall our stay was really nice and relaxing but there were a few problems we did have. The first one-the lighting and parking for the facility are TERRIBLE! We arrived after sunset and there were no street lights or poles and the “parking lot” does not have lines or designated spaces. It was honestly one of the major downfalls of the whole facility. The second issue was the noise level- however we do know this was no fault of the facility itself but if you are going for peace and quiet this may not be the location for you.
The last piece of information we would like the share is the cabin is very poorly stocked. You need to bring dishwasher pods and extra toilet paper as no dishwasher pods were left to run the closing cycle and only 5 rolls of toilet paper were in the whole place!!
Again we do understand some of this is not the actual facilities fault but we just wanted to share this information for future visitors.
