GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, veranda with outdoor shower, garden, private parking space;
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
The house is organized and offers comfortable well-divided spaces, bright and fresh interior decorated with taste and functionality.
EQUIPMENT: Refrigerator, Freezer, 1 Electric oven, TV, Barbecue, External shower, Cot (on request), Bed linen and towels included.
The house is located near the main attractions of the place. On the beach of fine golden sand, there are bathing establishments equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, bars and equipment for the sea (bicycles, skates, etc..) becoming the holiday destination of tourists. Several bars, restaurants with seafood specialties and pizza along the avenue to the beach.
The house is 5 km from the town of Noto, the capital of Sicilian baroque; its streets are interspersed by beautiful squares and imposing stairways that connected the terraces and slopes. Numerous monuments, churches, palaces to visit in the predominantly baroque style. Possibility of excursions and private transfer service to reach the structure.
