Ideally located in true Chianti, inside the estate PODERE LE RONDINI, we offer the ancient master-house called COLONICA villa for up to 21 people,that has been recently restored originating a villa made of 9 double-bedrooms(of which 5 double-bedrooms and 4 rooms that can be used as triple-, twin- or double-bedrooms), 10 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin), 2 living-dining-rooms each one with fireplaces and TVs-sat, and each one with an equipped small kitchen with all you need to cook; in addition, there is 1 VERY LARGE KITCHEN fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, oven , fridge, freezer, dish-washer, microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker), toaster and kettle. Next to it there is a diningroom able to sit up to 22 people. At guests' disposal there are: 2 private outdoor spaces in the garden/park, shaded and equipped with tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or barbecues 'open-air'; private parking places; laundry-service on demand (we provide our guests with laundry bags to fill and give us); a swimmingpool 15x7,5 metres large. FREE AIR-CONDITIONING in EACH ROOM!!!! BBQ and shared swimmingpool at guests' disposal.On request, each morning we may offer to guests fresh bread and pastries. We produce our own extra-virgin olive-oil and wines and other homemade products. You are very welcome to join us to the olives and grapes harvests on Sept-Nov. CHEF-AT-HOME! SHIATSU-MASSAGES. Cooking classes, bikes to rent, guided Florence tours. FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED VILLA (kitchens and livingrooms have got air-co, too!).

Unforgettable Tuscany with my big Italian American Family. "A La Famiglia".

Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!

Wonderful Tuscan Vacation

I could not have dreamed of a better getaway in Tuscany! Nicola, the host, was the most accommodating and made our large group of 16 feel at home. The property offers the perfect location to everything you want to visit in the Tuscany region (Florence, Lucca, Siena, ext). The grounds are large enough for the kids to run around and the pool is perfect for beating the heat. Our host helped us set-up a cooking class and a private chef for a Birthday dinner, which was the highlight of our entire trip! Don’t forget about the wine tour and all of the wonderful wine to drink. This was the perfect home away from home to create a TON of memories. I’d love to make it back one day! grazie mille

Amazing Florence Villa

Nicola was amazing, he gave us a detailed overview of the location and accomadated our every need. The house and rooms were very clean, smelled fantastic and were comfortable. We had a party of 15 and the children loved the pool. The only downside was having to pay for pool towels. We hope to return someday .

Best 2 nights of our weeklong trip in Italy!

I cannot say enough great things about Podere le Rondini, but mainly Nicola, the host. The setting is absolutely beautiful, and pictures online don't do it justice. It was the perfect arrangement for our group of 15 people, where each couple had their own room & private bathroom, but there was lots of common areas, including the picturesque pool. The reviews we read about Nicola beforehand do not even amount to half the host he was. He was constantly available and the most gracious VRBO host I have ever encountered. He and his super sweet mother cooked 15 of us breakfast every morning (the best scrambled eggs I've ever had!) and set us up with transportation to/from the villa, wine tours, and a cooking class at the villa. I cannot say enough great things about Nicola and the villa. We spent 7 nights in Italy and this was by far the best experience we had all trip. Grazie mille Nicola & Podere le Rondini for such an amazing time!!!

J''ai beaucoup apprécié la réactivité du propriétaire Nicola à nous fournir plus de renseignements et de photos sur le lieu Podere Le Rondini. Nous avons passé trois semaines de rêve dans cet établissement idéalement situé à une trentaine de minutes de Florence et à moins d''une heure de Sienne, Pise, Volterra, Certaldo, San Giminiano. L''accueil de Paola, Nicola et Mario a été exceptionnel, nous nous sommes très rapidement sentis à l''aise et recommanderions volontiers cette adresse à nos meilleurs amis."

"Comme toutes les belles choses, elles se méritent. Et si la première fois, il est préférable d''avoir un GPS pour trouver cette Pondere, ensuite c''est du 100% pur bonheur. Avec en plus de tout ce qui ne peut se voir sur des photos ou sur un descriptif complet des équipements, la gentillesse, l''amabilité, le plaisir de faire plaisir de Paula et Nicola, les adorables propriétaires de cet endroit. Sans aucune restriction, je recommande chaleureusement cette location."

"We had a wonderful stay ...

"We had a wonderful stay at Podere le Rondini and the owners went out of their way to assist us even before our arrival. The accomodations are beautiful and the views magnificant! It is a wonderful location. We stayed with our 3 children and I would recommend it for families and also for those traveling without children. The owners go out of their way to make your stay perfect."
