WOW! What a beautiful place and awesome hosts! 15 of us traveled to celebrate several birthdays, to enjoy, to discover the area, eat well and create new experiences. For all of these I used the experience and recommendations of Jacopo and Beatrice. We maintained communication for 3 months, and everything turned out perfect! They are the perfect hosts and this is a perfect house whether you want to rest or use it as a base with a large group. The villa(house) is large, with plenty of to do's, with a nice pool and quiet surroundings. The pictures are accurate and the dinners from Beatrice are amazing. Do not hesitate to stay on this place, to pay for the villa and the experiences, and to work together with Jacopo and Beatrice for the perfect celebration and vacation. Don't skip taking a tour of local wineries and eating in one of the local restaurants. 100% Recommended!!

10/10 -- Highly recommend Jacopo and Beatrice’s beautiful villa! My husband and I got married here last week, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We stayed at the villa with 13 of our family members for our wedding week, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The villa is even more beautiful in person -- the pictures honestly don’t do it justice! Having an en-suite bathroom connected to every bedroom was such a huge plus, especially with a larger group.Jacopo and Beatrice prepared dinner for us on two of the nights, and everything was incredibly fresh, authentic, and delicious. We also did a cooking class together as a family, which was so much fun and ended up being one of our favorite memories from the week. The pool is wonderful, and the location is perfect for exploring Tuscany while still being close to Florence -- only about 30 minutes away.Communication with Jacopo and Beatrice was seamless from the moment we booked. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, including helping us coordinate menus for the nights we requested dinner. We always felt so well taken care of.Thank you, Jacopo and Beatrice, for making our wedding week so incredibly memorable. We feel so lucky that we got to celebrate such a special time with our family in your beautiful home!

We had such a wonderful stay here and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel at home right away. The dinner they provided was a highlight of our trip, truly phenomenal. It felt like a special, authentic experience and was easily one of the best meals we had.The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and check-in was seamless and easy. Everything just worked exactly as you’d hope.Overall, a fantastic stay!

This villa is exactly as pictured! There is ample space inside and a great property for relaxing outside. Bea and Jacopo were easy to work with and prompt with communication and requests prior to arrival. Our party of 15 decided to have breakfasts and most dinners cooked by them and the food was delicious. The cooking class was fun and great to have it on site. The location was within an hour's drive of many towns and villages and there is a great olive oil farm next door for tours and tastings. We would go back again!!

Incredible experience. Of course, the house and property were gorgeous. The views were better than the pictures. What really made our week stay at the villa the most special was the service. Jacopa and Beatrice made us the most delicious welcome meal upon our arrival. Throughout the week they were available to answer any question and give direction on activities. We had a birthday to celebrate - and they arranged for a special birthday cake from a bakery to be made and delivered to the villa. Would love to come back someday! Thank you for the best week in Tuscany.

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa with close access to Florence and the easy trains of Italy. Bea and Jacapo were wonderful hosts and meals at the villa were delicious. The pool was a great relief at the end of warm and busy traveling days. We highly recommend this beautiful villa.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment we stepped foot in the villa we were made to feel like family by our hosts Beatrice and Jacopo. From the day we booked our stay at the villa, they went above and beyond to help us with scheduling tours, transportation, meals, and even a rental car. They even offer to cook a welcome dinner, family style meals, a Florentine Steak BBQ, daily breakfast, and a cooking class, all of which we selected. The food was incredible. It was so nice to be able to have a breakfast, go out and explore Italy during the day, and return home to a restaurant level meal, hot and ready. The building itself is beautiful, and perfectly maintained by Beatrice and Jacopo. They were always there to help with anything we needed. I cannot say enough good things. If you are considering to book a stay here, just do it. You will not regret it. We cannot wait to return!!
