Beautiful peaceful seaside cottage

We had a wonderful stay here. The cottage was fully equipped and clean. Lovely private garden with nice terrace area. We loved the location, plenty of beaches, sand dunes and forest walks. There are some places to eat/drink close by. Emmanuel was available for anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und der große Garten war für unseren Hund perfekt. Es ist schade, dass es keine bequemen Möbel für den Außenbereich gibt. Die Lage ist super, 10 Minuten zum Strand oder in den Wald. Schöne Gastronomie im Ort und der Bäcker 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Gîte très agréable et chaleureux

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est très beau, chaleureux et parfaitement bien équipé. Le jardin clos avec terrasse est très agréable. L'emplacement est idéal pour la plage à pied et autres visites.

Schöner Herbstaufenthalt

Das Häuschen ist gut gelegen nah am schönen Strand von Dossen. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche, sehr gut. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht gesehen, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Code. Die anliegende Straße ist leider manchmal stark und erstaunlich schnell befahren gewesen, dafür, dass es sich nur um eine Nebenstraße handelt. Leider ist die Dusche auch reparaturbedürftig- da kam kaum Wasser raus und die Befestigung an der Wand war gelöst. Ansonsten sehr schöne Terrasse und die Zimmer waren alle gut bestückt.

Découverte du Finistère : Roscoff Morlaix plages de sables et champs d’artichauts, une très belle région. La maison est facile d’accès et d’utilisation avec tout le confort. Emmanuel répond très vite et ses indications sont précises. Merci de nous avoir permis d’y séjourner

Jolie maison bretonne idéalement placée

Cette maison traditionnelle bretonne est décorée avec goût et possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour un agréable séjour. Elle est située à deux pas de la plage dans un quartier calme. Boulangerie et superette au bourg par pistes cyclables. Très bon contact avec Emmanuel le propriétaire.

Wunderbare Lage, schönes Haus

Das Haus ist traumhaft für 2 bis 4 Personen, in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim supertollen Strand mit 2 sehr angenehmen Lokalen. Zum Einkaufen braucht man Fahrrad oder Auto. Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen und selbst putzen erforderlich!

Schwesternurlaub mit Hund

Erstmal vorweg: tolles Haus in absoluter Top Lage für das, was wir lieben!! Das charmante Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Jeweils wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt findet man einen idyllischen Wald (super mit Hund!), natürlich den grandiosen Strand von Dossen sowie Gastronomie. Die Kommunikation mit Emmanuel war freundlich und unkompliziert, wir hätten lediglich zwei Anregungen: der Garten ist blickdicht und windgeschützt. Entsprechend hätten wir uns gefreut, etwas gemütlichere Möbel im Außenbereich zu haben… das Wetter war so toll, dass eine Gartenliege oder Chillenette wunderbar gewesen wäre. Außerdem klappt es leider nur bedingt, dass die Reingung ausschließlich von den Gästen durchgeführt wird. Sicher bemüht sich jeder Gast, das Haus in ordentlichem Zustand zu verlassen, aber natürlich kommen dabei auch einige Dinge zu kurz. (Küchenschränke mal ab- und auswischen, Besteckschubladen, Kacheln im Bad als Beispiel). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und planen bereits die Reisezeit für das nächste Jahr. Herzlichen Dank dafür!!

Beau logement mais pas adapté PMR

A quelques centaines de mètres de la mer, bercée par le bruit du resac, cette petite maison en pierre modernisée est très agréable. Cependant nous avons pris ce logement car, étant en fauteuil roulant, il était indiqué adapté. Ce n'est clairement pas le cas! Rien que rejoindre l'entrée une fois garé relève du parcours d'obstacle. Une fois à l'intérieur ce n'est pas plus facile: la chambre du rdc se trouve pourvue d'une marche importante et les portes permettant d'accéder à la cuisine, aux WC et à la sdb (qui ne comporte qu'une baignoire) se révèlent trop etroite pour faire passer un fauteil manuel standard! Pour résumé, nous vous conseillons cette location chaleureuse et agréable à la condition que vous ne soyez pas pmr.

Jolie maison bien située

Le jardin n'est pas sécurisé pour les chiens (portail qui ne ferme pas et une partie clôturée par une haie que les chiens peuvent traverser) comme c'était mon premier critère de choix, je suis forcément un peu déçue. Mais sinon la maison est charmante et tout près de la plage pour faire de grandes balades.

Bonjour Madame, Merci pour votre retour, Le portail a effectivement cédé. Un nouveau sera installé fin janvier 2024. Concernant la haie, elle est effectivement végétale et non hermétique pour nos amis les animaux. Je vais insister sur ce point dans notre annonce.
