Hacienda del Sol 1 is a beautifully maintained 50 unit condominium complex located on premier beachfront property in the historic and picturesque city of New Smyrna Beach, Fl. The property is conveniently located on the "no drive zone" of the beach which keeps the crowds down and makes it safer for the little ones.
This unit is completely furnished in a beachy decor. It has 1 1/2 bedrooms ( 1 lg master bedroom with a Serta pillow top medium-firm king sized bed and a small bonus room with a twin bed and nightstand. It's called the "Captain's Quarters" and is just large enough for 1 child.
Leave your beach towels, sand chairs, beach umbrella, wave boards, and beach toys at home. All are provided for your convenience.
A large balcony looks directly out from the 2nd floor onto the magnificent non-drive beach. Great place to start your day with a cup of coffee or relax at day's end with a glass of wine. There is a heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard and clubhouse with 2 outdoor grills. Yes, surf fishing is permitted so feel free to catch Pompano for dinner and prepare it on the grill. I have BBQ tools in the kitchen cupboard. The clubhouse has plenty of tables and chairs if you want to eat your 'fresh catch' there. There's even a refrigerator. We've thought of everything. Just relax!

Beautiful Condo on Best Beach

We love NSB, and Hacienda del Sol is our favorite building on the best part of the beach. This condo was well-equipped, updated, and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised the over all property and pool were very clean . I loved the salt water heated pool , the small plaza across the street had everything you needed and Connie was more than accomodating for any needs we had.

Great family property

Condo was as advertised and worked well for my wife and I. The main criticism would be the quality of the mattress. It was extremely soft and I wouldn't consider staying here again if it wasn't replaced with a firm and quality mattress. Otherwise, plenty of space for two and enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as described. Very clean. Nice, small and very friendly community! Property management is on site. Owner was prompt with all my questions! Owner also has some personal photos around condo which gave it a very homey, comfortable feeling! Direct beachfront and condo has all available necessities! Only thing missing was a laundry basket as facilities are on each level but nothing available to transport back and forth. Had to use a garbage bag. Beautiful place! Thank you!

Your Home Away From Home

I stayed for 9 days and loved every minute of it! The beach a few steps away, clean pool and clubhouse, and awe-inspiring sunrise and sunset! The condo was nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was supplied with everything: cooking utensils, nice pots/pans, toaster oven and coffee maker. Book your stay now, you won’t be disappointed!

I was living and working in Orlando with the usual stresses that go with a traveling broker rep's job. While looking for a respite where I might recharge and relax on an occasional weekend, I found this oasis by the sea. There were already guests renting the unit who had been coming for years. I figured we could enjoy it together. It's been a wonderful retreat for me and my family. Now that the grand kids are older we're into paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Yes, I even tried paddle boarding and did a credible job. JB's Fish Camp has all the rental equipment. You paddle board there in Mosquito Lagoon where it's not so rough. Eat at the restaurant later.

Why they chose this property

I love this smaller complex. It's extremely well constructed with thick walls. Noise generally doesn't carry over between units. It has always been well maintained and I enjoy the privacy and safety it affords.
Everyone seems to be having a good time.

What makes this property unique

This property just spoke to me. I can't think of any place I'd rather be than right on the ocean with a view and the sound of the surf from my balcony.
