On the seafront very beautiful duplex apartment of 80 m2 with a 180 ° view over the bay of Lavandou, facing the islands of gold. It is located between the port of Le Lavandou and Bormes near the city center and in front of the beach.
A terrace will allow you to take your meals and rest in front of a dream landscape. Very bright it has 3 bedrooms with beds of 160 separable and large closets, two bedrooms with washbasin.

Everything as described. Easy walk to supermarket, local shops and restaurants. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves.Great to eat lunch on the balcony in the sunshine in October. Very pleased with our stay.

Appartement très bien agencé, avec une très belle vue et parfaitement situé. De beaux espaces et une climatisation efficace. Dommage que la propreté ne soit pas au rendez-vous (poussière, aspirateur non vidé, douche bouchée…). Sinon, l’appartement est vraiment top !

L'appartement est très bien situé et la proximité avec la plage est un gros plus.Nous avons apprécié prendre nos repas sur la terrasse. La clim dans les chambres nous a permis de bien dormir.La salle de bain est petite et avec un seul toilette a l'intérieur est pour moi le point négatif de l'appartement. L'appartement est agréable et convivial, attention à certains points d'entretien ( lave vaisselle vieillissant, volet qui ne ferme plus, poignée abîmée)Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous vous remercions d'avoir mis à notre disposition le nécessaire pour notre fille ( lit, chaise haute)

Een appartement dat precies biedt wat het belooft. Les Horizons overtrof onze verwachtingen op de meeste punten: ruim, schoon en comfortabel ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geslaagde vakantieweek aan de Côte d'Azur.Het interieur is op sommige vlakken wat gedateerd, maar dat deed absoluut niets af aan het wooncomfort. Na een actieve dag, wandelen, zwemmen, omgeving verkennen, voelde het appartement telkens als thuiskomen. De goede airco zorgde voor een prettige binnentemperatuur. En dan dat uitzicht. Het panorama over de Middellandse Zee is werkelijk schitterend: 's ochtends bij de koffie, 's avonds bij een glas wijn, het blijft indrukwekkend.De privéparkeerplaats onder het gebouw is een welkome extra, zeker in een kustplaats als Le Lavandou waar parkeren in het hoogseizoen een sport op zich is.Één kleine suggestie voor de eigenaar: een waterkoker in de keuken zou de faciliteiten compleet maken. Een kleine moeite met een groot gemak.Al met al een aanrader voor iedereen die rust, ruimte en een adembenemend zeezicht zoekt in een gezellige Franse kustplaats.

Pour notre second séjour dans cet appartement, tout c’est très bien passé. Idéalement placé, au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer et proche du centre du village à pied.Une très bonne communication avec l’hôte.En résumé PARFAIT.Le seul petit bémol, un seul toilette qui est dans la salle de bain.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön und genau wie im Inserat. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Einchecken war sehr unkompliziert und einfach. 2 Tage vor unsere Anreise ging die Klimaanlage kaputt. Wir wurden vorgängig informiert und die Eigentümer organisierten eine komplett neue Klimaanlage innert 2 Tagen. Die Anlage wurde sogar am Samstag eingebaut und der Eigentümer war den ganzen Tag vor Ort und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Ein super Service - vielen Dank dafür.Die Wohnung können wir wärmsten empfehlen, wir hoffen wieder zu kommen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand, sodass wir jeden Morgen mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufgewacht sind. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für einen entspannten Familienurlaub gebraucht haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Balkon mit Meerblick – perfekt für ein Frühstück in der Sonne oder ein Glas Wein am Abend.

J’ai loué de nombreux appartements saisonniers au Lavandou, celui-ci est idéal pour son emplacement tout proche du village et de la plage, pour sa vue sur la mer, pour son calme.Si je dois trouver une fausse note ce serait les toilettes dans la salle de bain.

Einfach nur schön

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser super Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenaufgang ein Traum. Wir hatten auch drei Tage starke Regen, aber für das Wetter kann die Unterkunft nichts. Auch in dieser Zeit kann man sich hier einfach nur wohlfühlen. Die Möglichkeit des privaten Parkplatzes ist super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Wir sagen Dankeschön und werden sicher wiederkommen, wenn es mal wieder nach Le Lavandou geht. Merci et au revoir

magnifique séjour

appartement idéalement placé avec une superbe vue mer a 400m du centre et a l'abris du bruit nocturne . une fois descendu de la voiture il suffit de prendre l'ascenseur a qques mètres pour se retrouver devant la porte de l'appartement . tout se fait a pied . pour ne pas mettre que du positif je dirais qu'un wc séparé de la salle de bain serait un plus mais c'est bien le seul point qui n'est pas positif .

1 couple de 60 ans - 1 semaine du 18 au 25 mai 2024 - Location 100% conforme au descriptif et aux photos L'accueil et le check-out sont effectués avec sourire et convivialité La place de parking est privée et abritée L'appartement en duplex est au 3ème étage avec ascenseur Une vue sur la grande bleue à vous mettre des rêves plein la tête L'impression d'avoir les pieds dans l'eau, la plage est à 40 pas du bas de la résidence Grande terrasse ensoleillée jusqu'en début d'apm avec store banne L'intérieur est très propre, lumineux et spacieux Toutes les pièces sont équipées de volets roulants électriques L'équipement en vaisselle est pléthorique, rien ne manque L'électro-ménager est de qualité premium (Miele, Liebherr... ) La salle de bains est exiguë mais complète avec douche - lavabo - wc TV via box Free disponible mais parfois instable Pour l'internet nous avons préféré utiliser nos données mobiles Chambres du haut avec chacune un lavabo, un placard et une clim Lits fermes et confortables en 1 X 160 X 200 et 2 X 80 X 200 Bref, tout correspond à l'annonce et aux avis déjà publiés Nous n'avons pas bougé la voiture, tout peut se faire à pied Le centre, les commerces, les banques, la Poste sont à 5-10 minutes Des restos sont à 50 mètres, le marché du jeudi matin est à 100 mètres Semaine ensoleillée, 21 à 25 degrés avec des ressentis à 28-29 Météo idéale pour marcher de Saint-Clair au port de Bormes-les-Mimosas au rythme du doux, très doux ressac Lavandourain...

Emplacement idéal au Lavandou face à la mer

Bel appartement au Lavandou avec vue magnifique sur la mer (spectacle permanent) à 100m à peine. Ascenseur très pratique depuis le parking privé Isolation phonique excellente, propreté impeccable appréciée, lavabo dans chacune des deux chambres de l'étage, bon équipement de la cuisine. Dommage que le seul wc disponible soit dans la salle de douche (vs famille de 5 personnes). Bon contact avec la propriétaire et la personne intermédiaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Schöner Herbsturlaub in Le Lavandou

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Lage und der Blick auf das Mittelmeer ist super.
