This spacious house of 175m2 is ideal for stays with family and friends. The cottage has:
- Four bedrooms with 2 beds 140, 2 160 and a cot.
- for convivial moments, a dormitory room will delight young and old with its ping pong table, 2 sofas convertible 130, 1 single bed and its space: 50 m2.
- two bathrooms, one per floor: walk-in shower on the ground floor and bath upstairs + double sink
- 2 separate toilets, one per floor

Private swimming pool of size 10 x 5m, heated to 28 ° from May to September. It has a high shelter that allows you to swim whatever the conditions.
Garden of over 5000m².

OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT: Terrace, covered parking, barbecue, outdoor games (footballs, rugby, volleyball and petanque area).

INTERIOR EQUIPMENT: Wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, television, hairdryer. Enclosure connected.

Good size villa plenty of room for 6 adults and 7 children great indoor pool loads of outdoor space good internet/wifi for fire stick streaming. There’s fishing in the area you do need a car but is also excellent for cyclists.

Beautiful quiet surrounding and lovely gite

Hi Jeremie How do I start, what a lovely break all of my family has had, in such beautiful surroundings and in a lovely clean Gite. My Wife & I thankyou for our family holiday, everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and just the quiet country setting. Yourself and your parents have been excellent hosts, and the week did pass too quickly, the gite is spacious and accommodating to a family of our size. Temperatures

The pool was just the right temperature for us. The covering was adjustable but when it became too warm we sat outside under an umbrella. The air conditioned bedrooms upstairs were a bonus. It would have been good to also have it in the downstairs bedroom.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison très confortable et joliment décorée. La vue, de la terrasse de la maison, est superbe. Le temps de la semaine n'a pas été très ensoleillé mais nous avons visité des villages pittoresques, une grotte magnifique et tout le monde a bien apprécié la piscine couverte. Nous avons eu de bons contacts avec les propriétaires qui sont charmants. Nous recommandons cette location.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au gîte des Martys. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et disponibles. La maison est spacieuse pour une grande famille, la piscine chauffée est très appréciable avec des enfants. Le terrain est immense et bien aménagé, dommage que le temps était maussade de ce fait nous n'avons pas pu profiter beaucoup de l'extérieur. Une belle région à visiter. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Un gite vraiment super et complet

Nous sommes partis avec nos enfants belles filles.... Un gite super bien, endroit calme clair a la campagne avec un restaurant et une boulangerie a 500ms a peine La piscine couverte, terrain de boules, terrain plat pour jouer a beaucoup de choses que vous trouverez a dispo dans les placards Cuisine complète ustensile en quantité une salle de jeux a l'étage avec des jeux de société table ping ping avec raquettes et balles a dispo Une wii dans la salle Enfin vraiment le meilleur des gites que nous avons fait a ce jour vraiment un 5 étoiles pour nous. Les priorités habitent derrière très gentils et discrets merci beaucoup au plaisir de revenir

Découverte du Périgord pourpre.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Maison assez grande, nous étions 8 et bien fonctionnelle. Surtout maison propre et bien entretenu. Pour les petits soucis, le propriétaire est très réactif. La région est très sympa, la saison est idéale car beau temps mais pas de touristes. 😍 La piscine, formidable surtout pour nos ados et pour des aperos très ludiques. Très bon séjour, à refaire. Merci aux propriétaires.

Merveilleux séjour

Pour les fêtes du solstice d'hiver, nous avons pu tous nous retrouver dans cette grande maison formidablement aménagée pour recevoir une grande famille de 11 personnes ! Chacun a profité de cet espace confortable et très très bien situé au milieu des collines du Beaumontois non loin de la bastide de Villereal, village très vivant et dont les commerces ne trahissent pas le, accueil et les qualités gastronomiques du Sud Ouest . Bref un séjour plein de rires et de bons moments. Merci encore aux hôtes pour leur accueil

Grands espaces

Gite très spacieux, bien équipé, situé sur une hauteur (vue dégagée), au calme (seuls voisins proches : les propriétaires), grande piscine. Nous étions neuf, dont 4 enfants, et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit, ni dans la maison, ni dans la piscine, et encore moins dans le grand terrain. Seul point "négatif", mais uniquement dans notre cas suite à une chienne adorant prendre la poudre d'escampette : pas de terrain clos. Séjour sous le soleil très agréable. Propriétaires sympathiques, prêts à vous rendre service. A recommander.
