Your 80 m2 flat is located on the 2nd floor with lift.
We have completely repainted it in satin white and changed the furniture in the living room, making it much brighter. We are offering it to you again with optimum comfort.

It overlooks the village of Palm Mar and offers a breathtaking panoramic sea view, completely unobstructed by the ocean. It consists of 2 closed bedrooms (double beds for 2 people, including 1 king size 1m60x 2m and 150cmx1m90) and can accommodate up to 4 adults.
The large bedroom has attractive furnishings (bed with mattress and over-mattress, chest of drawers, bedside tables, etc.) Blackout and thermal curtains keep the room cooler in hot weather and warmer in cooler temperatures. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace, allowing you to see the sea from your bed. The bathroom has been totally "redesigned" with a large fibreglass shower tray, with a rain shower system.
A superb, comfortable leather sofa dominates the living room. A beautiful new pine coffee table and television unit have just been installed for your comfort.

The living room is equipped with a 127cm LG 55-inch flat-screen TV, smart TV and broadband internet access. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge, as well as a washing machine (7kg), an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. Hygiene and safety measures. Enhanced hygiene measures. Your flat is professionally cleaned, and sheets and towels are washed at a temperature of 60°C or more.
The kitchen is modern and functional. It is equipped with: Induction hob for fast cooking, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, coffee pods, toaster, kettle, juice extractor, electric mixer. Your flat has a superb 20-metre terrace for your enjoyment. You can relax, read or simply dream on the ultra-comfortable sofa. A modern table and 4 designer chairs will allow you to enjoy all your meals facing the ocean and watch the magnificent sunsets. An underground parking space with a personal closed garage is available free of charge. The car park is guarded and very secure (surveillance cameras). It connects directly to your flat by lift. So you won't have to drag your suitcases or your shopping and turn into the street before finding a parking space :) Palm Mar is a privileged 100% residential area in the south-west of Tenerife. This oasis of peace and well-being is patrolled 24 hours a day by the local police. It is situated between 2 nature reserves (Maspais de la Rasca) Guaza and the sea. Das Beste an der Wohnung war der Blick aufs Meer und der große Balkon. Die Wohnung selber war sehr gut und freundlich hell modernausgestattet. Es gab auch ein sehr schönen Pool der mit benutzt werden konnte. Sie liegt an einem sehr steilen Hang und ist über eine steile Garageneinfahrt über einen Aufzug oder über ein noch steileren Treppenzugang erreichbar. Der Ort Palmar war sehr übersichtlich und ruhig. Wenn man keinen eigenen PKW geliehen hatte konnte man nur die Busse entweder morgens oder abends nutzen oder musste ein Taxi nehmen. Wenn man es sehr ruhig haben möchte und unabhängig mit einem PKW ist, ist die Wohnung perfekt. Der tägliche Blick mit Sonnenuntergang ist einfach top.

Ganz tolles liebevoll eingerichtetes sauberes Apartment mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Meerblick. Wir haben quasi nur den Balkon genutzt und saßen nie drinnen :-). Absolut ruhiges Lage, Supermarkt mit Bäckerei in 1 Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gastgeberin super nett.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist perfekt um einen anstrengenden Wandertag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet, großzügig, mit großem Balkon mit Meerblick. Man kann direkt im Gebäude in einer separaten Garage parken, die im Preis inbegriffen ist.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ruhig, abseits vom Straßenverkehr - gelegentlich hört man aber die Nachbarn. Jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus genießen

Das Appartment ist in einer sehr gepflegten und sauberen Anlage im 2. Stock. Vom sehr großen Balkon hat kann man jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer beobachten. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist neu und modern. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug, so dass man die Koffer die Treppen hoch oder runter tragen muss. Ein Garagenplatz ist dabei, aber findet in der Regel auch einen Platz direkt auf der Straße. Die Anlage samt Pool wird täglich gesäubert und am Pool stehen Liegen und Schirme zur Verfügung. Die Abwicklung von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, über die Schlüsselübergabe bis zum Ende waren sehr professionell und speziell Jessica hat uns sehr freundlich zur Seite gestanden. WIr haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. The apartment is in a very neat and clean complex on the 2nd floor. From the very large balcony you can watch the sunset over the sea every evening. The furnishing of the apartment is new and modern. There is even an elevator, so you have to carry the suitcases up or down the stairs. A garage space is included, but usually finds a place directly on the street. The complex including the pool is cleaned daily and there are sunbeds and umbrellas available at the pool. The handling from the first contact, to the key delivery to the end were very professional and especially Jessica has been very friendly to us. We have enjoyed the vacation very much.

We have just returned from an excellent week in this apartment. The apartment was well equipped and in a very convenient location. Although we hired a car it is not a requirement as all shops etc are within a few minutes walk. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The beach is about 10minute walk . The pool was larg ewith loungers and parasols free and very well kept as are all the grounds. I recommend this apartment to any one, the view is to died for, spent most off our time on the balcony. The property manager (Liuba) was very helpful and answered the queries we had promptly. We shall definitely return

Best holiday home we have had!

We spent a lovely 3 weeks (again) at our favorite holiday home! We are a Finnish family of two adults and two children. We have fallen in love with Tenerife, Palm-mar and especially to this holiday home and its lovely owner who is absolutely fantastic in all ways. She is always willing to organize everything according to our needs and wishes and replies to all the questions within very short notice. Apartment itself is clean and beautiful in a peaceful and well maintained complex. We love to play tennis with the children (own court free of charge) and watch the sunset from the balcony. We have rented a car on each stay as it is nice to see the island and it's attractions according our own timetable. Nice addition to comfort is garage that is also for rent. We absolutely recommend this holiday home to everyone who appreciates relaxed holidays in an nice environment! We will absolutely return as soon as it's possible!

Wir haben eine Woche in Jasmines Appartement verbracht, es war wirklich sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen, auf dem sehr großen Balkon kann man es sich auf einem gemütlichen Sofa bequem machen und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. My husband and I spent a week at this apartment and we will definitely aim to return. The apartment itself is in a gated complex with two pools and a tennis court. It's a lovely place and the terrace is just amazing (beautifull sunset every night !). Everything was provided in the apartment that you could possible need and the location is great for a relaxing week away from it all. The owner Jasmine responded right away to any questions we had and gave us a lot of advices about the island If you want a base from which to take day trips to Tenerife attractions but also have a lovely place to relax, with a sea view from your own sunny terrace, this rental is ideal ! Perfect holiday home

My family absolutely adores this holiday home! We stayed here (2adults and 2 children) already for a second time and will return as soon as possible. The owner is marvellous, polte, accurate and just lovely! The apartment itself is well functuning, well equipped, clean and cosy. The view from the balkony is beautiful. The whole building complex is well maintained and beautiful. Pool area and tennis court are very nice and we used them every day. Palm mar is a nice and peaceful area and you are able to find there everything you need. Car is anyway a must if you want to see the island or vitsit attractions. We have rented many apartments in Tenerife and this is without a hesitation the best for us!

Phantastischer Blick aufs Meer und wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge

wir waren vom 09.11.-04.12.17 in Palm Mar und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Ein Traum war der große Balkon mit herrlicher Sicht aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge. Reklamationen wurden sofort behoben. Jasmina war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und der Kontakt mit ihr lief reibungslos. Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Domizil.

A perfect stay !

From the first contact with Jasmine the owner, she was very responsive to all of our questions before arriving. Upon arriving, she was wonderful about explaining everything to me, and telling us about the area on the map. The apartment is in a perfect place (there are shops & restaurants very close, yet, the apartment is on a quiet residence). The apartment is wonderful, a comfortable bed, soft towels, it has everything you need in the kitchen, very good wifi, the decor is inviting, not just an apartment with the basics, it has character in a great way. And, it is perfectly clean, and everything is well maintained ! The terrace with sea view is magic. My boyfriend & I spent hours watching the blue of the sea :) During our stay I lost my wallet; we called Jasmine, she contacted her nephew Renato who live in the area and he helped us until 9h30pm to find it ! I highly recommend this wonderful apartment ! Thank you again Jasmine for letting us stay in your home :)
