Beautiful duplex penthouse that has 2 floors, on the ground floor has the kitchen, the bathroom, master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, living room with double sofa bed and a balcony that connects the room with the living room. On the top floor there is a room with double bed, private terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs to enjoy the day to the fullest. Within the services has satellite TV, wifi, garage. It is located in an urbanization that has 3 swimming pools, two of them large and one for children. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach area and only 10 minutes by car to the beaches of Christians and the Americas. It is a very quiet area ideal to enjoy as a couple or family.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, in der KĂŒche fehlte es an nichts, alle benötigten Utensilien und GerĂ€te waren vorhanden. Sehr praktisch war auch die Trinkwasseraufbereitungsanlage, so dass wir keine Wasserflaschen kaufen mussten. Die Dachterrasse war gut möbliert und man hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Atlantik. Es gab einen großen Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Programmen. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigner Pablo war sehr angenehm. Unser Mietwagen fand Platz in der Tiefgarage.

Liked it so much we returned for a second stay

Location is great if you are looking for a quiet place that's not in the middle of nowhere. Stayed here in September 2018 & 2019. Three pools, not overly busy, and in a safe environment as access to pools is only with key fobs. Selection of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a small supermarket is just across the road. Use of a hire car is needed to get to bigger shopping areas, and to see the rest of the island. Photos on the website are a true reflection of the apartment, and contact with owner has been very quick and straightforward (via WhatsApp). Would return again, and again.

En primer lugar quisiera indicar que el apartamento estå en perfectas condiciones, limpio, es accesible e incluso dan mås de lo que te ofrecen, porque nosotros fuimos con un bebé, lo cual no se le indicamos a Pablo, y sin embargo se preocupó en comprar una cuna para que la estancia fuera cómoda para todos los integrantes de la familia. Muchísimas gracias por todo Pablo, y si volviésemos a Tenerife, no dudaríamos en volver a contactar contigo para utilizar tu propiedad. También esperamos haber sido unos buenos inquilinos, y haber dejado el apartamento en óptimas condiciones.

Super Wohnung in Palm-Mar

Wir haben im MĂ€rz 2019 zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung in Palm-Mar verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Nach unserer Ankunft haben wir uns mit Pablo ĂŒber das Handy verstĂ€ndigt und sind dann vor dem Haus von einer jungen Dame freundlich empfangen worden. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, der nur ein paar Meter vom Aufzug entfernt ist. Das hat sich als sehr praktisch erwiesen, weil man seine EinkĂ€ufe schnell und einfach in die Wohnung bekommt. Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Wandschrank. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Eine kleine, aber top ausgestattete KĂŒche. Dort findet man tatsĂ€chlich alles nötige, wenn man selbst kochen möchte (Töpfe, Pfannen, großer KĂŒhlgefrierschrank, Ceran-Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Schneidebrett und so weiter...). Ein gerĂ€umiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne mit niedrigem Einstieg und einen großen Wohnraum mit einem Sofa, zwei Sesseln und einem Esstisch fĂŒr max. sechs Personen. Es gibt ebenfalls einen Zugang zum Balkon. In dem Raum befindet sich ein Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss (neben spanischen Sendern gibt es ein paar englische. Deutschsprachige Sender habe ich nicht gefunden - dafĂŒr funktioniert der USB-Port des Fernsehers :-) ). Außerdem gibt es schnelles und stabiles WLAN. Über eine Treppe gelangt man in das Obergeschoss, wo sich in einem offenem Raum ein weiteres Doppelbett befindet. Von diesem Raum aus kommt man auf die riesige Dachterrasse. Dort gibt es einen großen Tisch, vier Sonnenliegen, einen Sonnenschirm, diverse StĂŒhle, einen großen Grill, eine Waschmaschine und zwei WĂ€schestĂ€nder mit WĂ€scheklammern. Man kann das Meer gut sehen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist derartig sauber gewesen, dass es eine extra ErwĂ€hnung wert ist! Super sauber, vielen Dank!! Die Wohnung gehört zu einer sehr sicher wirkenden Anlage (Zugang nur mit SchlĂŒssel). Es gibt drei Pools, davon einen, der ca. 60 Meter lang ist. Temperatur im MĂ€rz war zum Schwimmen ok. Ganz in der NĂ€he gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants. Etwas weiter im Ort ein paar weitere Restaurants (u.a. ein recht guter Inder!). GrĂ¶ĂŸere SupermĂ€rkte etwa zehn Autominuten entfernt. Es gibt keinen Strand und der Ort ist nicht wirklich schön. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen. Pablo was very nice and always available for any questions we might have had. The apartment was very nice and clean and with a great view. The pool area downstairs was also very clean and fun. The apartment is very central with stores just a 2 minute walk away and about 10 mins walk from the beach. Everything that makes for a great vacation was provided to us and upon returning we would definitely choose this accommodation again. 5 stars!

L’appartamento si trova al 3 e ultimo piano di un grande complesso edilizio dove al centro ci sono 2 belle piscine. Per accedere all’appartameto Ăš presente un ascensore che porta direttamente al garage dove di fronte si puĂČ parcheggiare la propria auto. L’appartamento Ăš comodissimo dotato di ogni confort Ăš tenuto molto bene ci sono ampie terrazze e solarium, corrisponde alla descrizione. Occorre auto per spostarsi.

Eine wirklich schöne und gepflegte Anlage

Die Anlage in Palm Mar ist sehr gepflegt und sehr hĂŒbsch anzusehen. Trotz VerspĂ€tung der Fluggesellschaft klappte der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Pablo ausgezeichnet und die Aufnahme, trotz der spĂ€ten Abendstunde, reibungslos. Pablo hat sich die gesamte Zeit intensiv um uns gekĂŒmmert und stand jederzeit fĂŒr Fragen und Hilfe zur VerfĂŒgung. Das Appartement ist spitzenmĂ€ĂŸig! Groß, hell und bestens ausgestattet. Die Balkone und die große Terrasse in der oberen Etage haben uns beim Sonnen und Grillen viel Freude bereitet. Eine Parkplatzsuche war durch den festen Tiefgaragenstellplatz nicht erforderlich. Die herrliche, meistens ruhige Poolanlage haben wir auch sehr intensiv genutzt. Wir können dieses Appartement sehr empfehlen und danken nochmals Pablo und Amparo.

Great Apartment!

Enjoyed our stay here in Palm-Mar. Exactly as discribed, clean, well equipped, quiet and a supply of the basic essentials being there on arrival is really appreciated. The apartment is well situated for the area with a well equipped supermarket and cafe bar across the road and a number of restaurants nearby. The Osteria Italia and Chinese /Thai 2 doors down served good quality food. The bus service is poor and doesn’t operate at weekends, therefore we agree a car is a good idea, however the traffic is very busy at peak times and parking in Los Cristianos, Las America and main tourist areas is now getting difficult. Pablo was very helpful and easy to contact, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing apartment

The appartment was amazing. It was spacious, with everything we could have needed. The massive terrace was fantastic and the pool area was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy! Communication was great and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Perfect for a quiet holiday.

Excelente duplex ideal para unas estupedas vacaciones!

Nuestra primera estancia en Tenerife ha sido fantastica, nos ha gustado mucho el duplex, amplio, muy limpio, con terrazas para cenar, con 3 piscinas, y para ser finales de Julio no habia mucha gente y muy cuidadas (las piscinas y la urbanizacion). Ideal la plaza de garaje en frente de la puerta para subir en el ascensor! Hay un supermercado cerca al que se puede ir a pie y tiene todo lo que se necesita y los precios no son muy caros, abierto todos los dias. Muchas gracias Pablo y Amparo por todo, sois unos anfitriones excelentes, intentaremos volver y sino se puede pues ya lo recomendamos a todos que pueden ir con los ojos cerrados! Traumhaft!

Das Apartment ist einfach traumhaft und liegt sehr ruhig. Auf der Sonnenterrasse kann man herrlich entspannen und auch der Pool ist von seiner GrĂ¶ĂŸe her, ideal. Es war alles vorhanden und die Kommunikation war problemlos. Das Apartment wĂŒrde ich gerne bei meinem nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen und kann es nur empfehlen.

Great apartment in a wonderful location.

Modern apartment with a great outdoor space. Good wifi connection and a spacious living area. Stayed for 11 nights with my husband and teenage children. Couldn't ask for more. The location of the apartments is also good as they are located in a quiet area near the beach. The complex has two pools which my children really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful lodging. Lovely and cheap restaurant/diner across the road, nice Italian restaurants down the road as well as Chinese. Would recommend beach bar. Not sure about bus service as we hired car. Would suggest everyone to see La Montana Roja/red mountain.

holiday at Palm-Mar Apartment

We had a lovely holiday at this apartment. We certainly did not miss January in the UK! We were comfortable in the apartment and had everything that we needed. We walked down to the Beach Bar most days and everybody was friendly and welcoming. We had hired a car from the Airport for the whole of the month and had some good days out and about and picnics on various beaches and barbeques in the evenings. Thank you to everybody that made us welcome including Walter and his associate. We met up with our friends who were there (accidentally) in the second week of our stay and had some pleasant time with them. Although we did not eat out very much there looks to be some nice restaurants around and we really enjoyed the Lorro Parque which was a whole day out but recommend that you arrive at the opening time of 8.30am
