Charm and relaxation are the assets of this typical peacefull Canarian house located in the small village of Lajares.
It has a beautiful views over the countryside and a private and intimate patio.
It is at 600m from the village center which has shops, bars and restaurants.The main bedroom open directly on the patio.
There is a little studio behind the main house with an independant accès that may be occupied sometimes.

A short 10 min drive north, east or west will lead you to magnificent white sandy beaches great for surfing, kitesurfing, paddling, windsurfing, snorkling and of course just the fun of doing nothing and sunbathe ….

Sehr gemütliches und geschmackvolles Haus. Besonders der geschütze Innenhof mit den Liegen und der zentralen Palme hat uns gefallen und lädt zum chillen ein. Wir haben jeden Morgen im Garten gefrühstückt, das war ein Traum. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig aber mit dem Auto auch keine zwei Minuten zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt, 10 Minuten zum Strand. Phil der Vermieter war sehr nett und umgänglich. Gerne kommen wir vielleicht wieder.

Amazing holiday home

First of all, we felt very good! There is a beautiful patio with nice view an a big palm tree. Good combination of living inside and outside. Nice wooden artwork with a personal touch. Quite place away with privacy. The communication with the host was fast, friendly and easy. Sure to come back!

Wundervolle Oase in Norden Fuerteventuras

Casa Amima ist eine kleine Oase der Erholung und Entspannung. Liebevoll aber auch sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das Haus ist einerseits ruhig gelegen, aber alle wichtigen Strände, Orte oder Einrichtungen können in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Wir haben uns super wohl gefüllt und planen schon jetzt, wieder zu kommen.

Super Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir waren super glücklich mit der Wahl dieser Finca: von der tollen Küche mit allem was zum Kochen benötigt wir, über die tolle Veranda (mit Lautsprecher der Wohnzimmer-Stereoanlage - AirPlay-enabled), den windgeschützten Aussenbereich mit toll angelegtem Gartenbereich inkl. stimmungsvoller Abendbeleuchtung, einer grosszügigen Grillstelle, der gemütliche Einrichtung, dem guten Internet... es hat uns nichts gefehlt. - Dies ist keine der kalt eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen, sondern hier merkt man, dass der Eigentümer Philippe selbst auch ab und zu da ist, und einfach alles da ist, was er so braucht und gerne hätte. Bonustrack: Toller und schneller Kontakt mit Philippe. Für unser 8-monate altes Baby hat er uns noch unkompliziert einen extra Babystuhl organisiert. Die Lage der Finca ist auch super: keine Nachbarn von denen man etwas mitbekommen würde (auch wenn zu dem Haus noch ein Surf Shelter/kleines Appartment dazugehört), kein Durchgangsverkehr und nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Supermarkt in Lajares. - Der Ort ist sehr chillig und hat neben ein paar Cafes und dem erwähnten Supermarkt alles was man in den Ferien so benötigt. Zum Meer sinds u.a. 8 km nach El Cotillo (Westküste) oder knapp 15km zum Traumstrand bei Corralejo (Ostküste)... man kann also jeden Tag neu entscheiden. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung. - Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage darin verbringen dürften und kommen hoffentlich wieder mal ;-)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Haus mit großartigem Blick in die weite Landschaft und Katze sowie gutem Schutz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten an sehr stürmischen Tagen sehr genossen. Tolle Strände an West- und Ostküste waren sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Auch Wanderungen weiter südlich auf Vulkane! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank für sehr entspannende 2 Wochen!

großartiges, gemütliches, praktisches Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist herausragend, sehr individuell, dabei gemütlich und praktisch (es gibt gutes Licht und Steckdosen, wo man sie braucht). Der Patio ist wunderschön und selbst bei starkem Wind kann man sich dort geschützt aufhalten. Der Ort Lajares ist nett und entspannt, es gibt eine großartige französische Bäckerei und viele Cafés und kleine Läden. Herumgucken macht Spaß, den typischen Touristenkram findet man hier nicht. Mit Kindern ist es im Ort etwas schwierig, da alle Läden und Lokale an der Hauptstraße liegen und man unmittelbar an der Straße läuft. In 10 bis 15 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto z.B. die tollen Strände nördlich von El Cotillo, mit wilden Buchten und viel Abwechslung. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen - das Haus war auch für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei kleinen Kindern (und ohne Surfbrett) ideal.

Le PARADIS sur TERRE! (avec la mer en plus:)

Vous ne rêvez pas; cette maison toute entière et son grand patio est bien pour vous et vous seuls. Du bois, des enduits, de la pierre, des palmiers...ici, tout à été fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme au paradis; et je ne vous parle pas de la vue sur les montagnes. C'est calme, chaleureux, loin de toute agitation touristique mais n'ayez crainte, vous trouverez absolument tout ce qu'il vous faut, nourriture, école de surf, location VTT, boulangeries, petits restos, bars... et à deux pas de la Casa dans le village qui est particulièrement sympathique lui aussi. Les plages se trouvent à qques kilomètres de là et traverser la plaine entre les collines pour y arriver est un pur plaisir. En résumé, si vous aimez le bruit, l'agitation, les voitures et le tourisme de masse, cet endroit n'est pas fait pour vous. Par contre, si vous aimez l'authenticité, le calme et la nature, arrêtez tout de suite vos recherches, vous avez trouvé.

Calme et détente dans un endroit authentique

Excellente réactivité du propriétaire Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et l'endroit Félicitations au concepteur et bâtisseur (qui n'est autre que le propriétaire) de la maison et du jardin pour l'ambiance et la détente qu'ils procurent ( qualité du bois, inspiration exotique...) Un vrai plaisir que de se prélasser dans le patio , à l'abri du vent...que de se faire un feu de cheminée dans un salon meublé avec gôut....que de bénéficier d'une vraie bonne literie ( très rare dans les locations) Notre fille, regrette déjà la présence de Lili, el gato de la casa De plus; Lajares est un endroit attachant et sympathique de par sa fréquentation et son environnement Bref, que du très positif! Nous recommandons sans réserve aucune

Wonderful two week stay in Casa Amima

We loved the property and had a wonderful 2 week stay here . the villa is beautifully designed, we adored the woodwork and the design of the property. It was wonderful to be in such asafe place . It felt rural but was an enjoyable walk to the lovely town of Lahares and all this lovely little town had to offer. We hope to come back next year and are looking forward to it already

Super séjour dans le "surf shelter", petit nid douillet idéal pour deux personnes. Environnement très agréable et calme, idéalement situé pour visiter le centre et le nord de l'île. Propriétaire très sympa, à l'écoute et toujours prêt à rendre service. PARFAIT !

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Philippe. Tout d'abord un très bon accueil. Ensuite la maison est très belle, et idéalement situé à 10 minutes de la très belle plage de Corralejo. Lajares est un endroit calme et y rester pour rayonner ensuite un peu partout dans le sud de l'île est parfait. Les mélomanes apprecieront le sound-system de qualité qui permet d'écouter la musique lorsqu'on est sur la terrasse. N'hésitez pas non plus à demander à Philippe les bons restaurants du coin et un conseil pour les écoles de surf et de kite surf, il connait très bien le coin. Bref nous on a beaucoup aimé et nous avons passé un super séjour.

Wonderful time

We hat a great time at the house. The house provides beautiful views on the volcanos and desert landscape and is calm and comfortable. The parents' bedroom connects to the patio, which means getting out for using the bathroom or the rest of the house. That's important to know if you have small children who sleep in the other bedroom or if you visit in winter. Compared to other houses we saw this one is especially homey and beautifully located.

"Alojamiento excelente, en realidad mejor de lo que aparece en el anuncio. Es muy tranquilo, rodeado de un gran jardín canario y está situado a las afueras del pueblo. Es recomendable tener coche para desplazarse a las playas cercanas. Propietario muy amable."
