Beautiful and modern STANDING apartment completely renovated in the heart of Empuriabrava and 2nd line of sea (magnificent beach 1 minute walk).
2nd floor with ELEVATOR, very sunny and consists of a living room open onto the glazed veranda converted into a dining room with a view of the avenue, a designer and quality fully equipped kitchen area, a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. bathroom with bathtub. The apartment offers well-being and comfort, it is equipped with reversible AIR CONDITIONING, large double glazed bay window in PVC, parquet floor which gives a warm atmosphere, video doorman, smoke detector.
FREE WIFI on the ground floor in the hallway or at the Cuba Café.
Samsung LED TV 101cm French channels by TNTSat, Spanish and German channels.
Possibility Free parking nearby (white stripes) in wide avenues.

Empuriabrava, official name in Catalan (Ampuriabrava in Castilian) located about 40 km from the French border, is one of the largest residential Marina in the world with more than 40 km of canals. It is located on the Costa Brava in the Bay of Roses (15 km from Figueres, 60 km from Girona Airport, and 120 km from Barcelona).

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem schönen Feriendomizil. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß genug für vier Urlauber, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber gewesen. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, vor der Haustüre findet man einen französischen Bäcker und um die Ecke den Supermarkt. In wenigen Minuten ist man zum einwandfreien Strand gelaufen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Very comfortable and centrally located apartment

We booked this lovely apartment for a week and ended up staying a month. It has the most amazing comfortable bed that was a joy to my bad back, after some of the very hard beds we have encountered while travelling. It is on the main strip in Empuriabrava just along from the lovely main harbour with its friendly cafes, it was nice to sit and watch the boats while having a drink in the evening. It is also 2 mins to the sea. The apartment is in a quiet residential block which we really liked and had everything we needed and a nice fully equipped kitchen. This was a great base to visit this lovely part of Spain with its four national parks, amazing bird reserve (which had storks with chicks while we were there), beautiful medieval towns and villages and long sandy beaches. We loved people watching from the enclosed balcony and you can open the full length windows wide and get the cool sea breeze. The owners met us at the apartment and were very friendly and kind. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement

Très bon séjour dans cette location et super accueil de la part des propriétaires qui nous ont donné pas mal d'informations à notre arrivée. L'appartement répond à toutes les attentes au niveau confort, localisation et équipements. De plus il n'est vraiment pas loin de la plage, et de différents sites et villes à découvrir (Cadaquès, Figueres...).

Très bon accueil, location conforme au descriptif. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5mn de la plage, au centre ville sans les nuisances de la nuit. Tous les commerces au pied de l'immeuble, nombreux conseils des propriétaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande cette location, nous reviendrons sans aucun soucis.

Excellent séjour et super appartement

nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux. L'appartement est bien conçu et la vue est magnifique. nous avons tout à proximité (à pied): merveilleuse plage, excellente boulangerie française au pied de l'immeuble, magasin pour les courses, canaux, ... je recommande vivement cette appartement, même en famille? Nous étions un couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge et c'était top!
