Beautiful apartment located on the beachfront with sea views, very close to the center of Almuñecar. The complex includes community parking, two swimming pools, a tennis court, a paddle court, a basketball court, table tennis, etc. There are two restaurants within the complex and 24-hour security.
The apartment consists of one bedroom and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. It is fully equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, a sofa bed, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat-screen TV, iron, hairdryer, sheets, towels, and all necessary kitchenware. It has Wi-Fi connection, satellite channels, and Netflix channels.
