Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower room, interior terrace with washing machine and outside terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The pool is available all year round. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Supermarket five minutes walk. Bus stop at the corner, two lines, the small bus runs the whole area every 30 minutes, taking you to the large commercial areas or the beach. If you do not feel like walking. The large bus takes you to Alicante city center, Santa Pola and also the airport. The beach is a 15 minute walk away.

We were given a delightful welcome, fruit, wine, water and beer in the fridge Antonia was a most gracious host she showed all around the apartment.. It was well stocked with everything possible to make life easy. We hope to be back in the not too distant future .

Fantastic apartment with a view

We just spent a wonderful week in Gran Alacant. The apartment was really nice and with the balcony and the view to the pool and the beautiful garden it all resulted in a quit and relaxing holiday. Our 3 kids spent almost all their time in the pool and with nice restaurants around we could not have had a better time. Also Antonia was very, very welcoming and friendly... Antonia is amazing!

You will never have a better landlady than Antonia! She is always available if you need something, in fact she will call you several times asking if everything is ok. The apartment is not too big but has everything you need, and more too. Very well equipped. the area is very nice, including the pool and the garden. The beach is some 20 minutes walk from the area, down a steep street, and a bit heavy up again. But there is a bus every hour. We hade a nice stay and will recommend Antonia and her apartment without doupt. Oevind and Ingvild, Norway

Een mooi en gezellig ingericht appartement. Met heerlijk terras,uitzicht op de tuin en zwembad. Antonia ( de eigenaresse) heel service gericht, excellent! Prachtige zeer grote tuin waar je ook heerlijk kunt wandelen. In het midden het fantastische zwembad. Een pareltje achter hoge muren. Wij komen beslist weer terug. Dank je wel Antonia. Superbe semaine!

Antonia nous a réservé un excellent accueil et nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce bungalow. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse, qui est parfaitement équipée comme tout le reste de l'appartement. Commerces tout proches. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine avec notre fils de 6 ans, elle est parfaite pour les enfants. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps! Un grand Merci Antonia.

Gezellig en klein maar fijn.

Mooie omgeving en fijn contact met verhuurster. Restaurants om de hoek. Santa pola boulevard is ongeveer 10 minuten rijden.

Fantastico para descansar

Apartamento acogedor en urbanización tranquila,da gusto sentarse en la terraza por la noche,los jardines y la piscina están muy bien cuidados.Piscina casi privada porque es muy tranquila. Hemos disfrutado mucho. Antonia es una persona muy amable y detallista,nos obsequio a la llegada con una cesta de fruta(por cierto riquisima),agua fresca en la nevera y unas cervezas para que pudieramos comenzar con buen pie nuestras vacaciones.Mil gracias. La playa es una maravilla. Mi valoración es de 10,no podemos estar más contentos. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Este verano hemos podido disfrutar de este precioso apartamento y de conocer a su maravillosa anfitriona, Antonia. Tan atenta y agradable...Hoy en día es una suerte dar con gente tan amable. Sus detalles de Bienvenida (frutas y bebidas frescas) no se ven todos los días, nos encantaron. La casa es muy confortable , tranquila y decorada con muy buen gusto. La limpieza, excelente. Disfrutamos de todo tipo de detalles que hizo nuestra estancia perfecta; Desde un menaje completísimo, juegos de mesa o artículos de limpieza, hasta todo lo que puedas necesitar para un día de playa o disfrutar de su agradable piscina. Su localización es muy buena y teníamos a pocos pasos restaurantes,supermercados, heladerías, incluso bancos. Toda la familia lo pasamos genial y ojala podamos repetir pronto! A y M

Agradable Apartamento

Hemos pasado unos dias mi marido y yo tranquilos y relajados,el apartamento es acogedor, decorado con muy buen gusto tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Antonia la anfitriona nos recibio con un buen detalle de bienvenida. Cerca del apartamento hay varios restaurantes, hay uno en particular entrando por la urbanización Sierra Mar a unos 200m del apartamento que se come genial, se llama La Paletta. Antonia muy amable por su parte,le pregunté antes de hacer la reserva por el tipo de colchón que había en el apartamento, me indico que era un colchón firme, yo no puedo dormir en este tipo de colchones por razones de salud, ella muy amablemente se ofreció a comprar un colchoncito que va encima del colchón, y la verdad es muy cómodo.! Si sueles dormir en colchón firme..lo quitas, de lo contrario.. lo dejas, la ropa de cama estaba muy limpia, y eso se agradece. Por el resto... que puedo decir que no se ha dicho ya en los comentarios? Sin lugar a dudas lo recomendamos 100%

Paisible et confortable

Mon conjoint et moi savons séjourné 4 nuits en sept 2019 dans cet appart très propre et confortable. L’équipement de la cuisine est complet, le rangement est adéquat dans la chambre des maîtres, la salle de bain est grande et il est facile de ranger nos accessoires. La terrasse arrière est très agréable et on a accès à un très beau jardin avec piscine. Merci à Antonia pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Great apartment with lovely gardens and pool.

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks. The apartment is just right for a couple, and the complex has very lovely gardens around a nice pool. The immediate surrounding urbanisation is rather basic, but has good bus links. The wider area is beautiful, with great walks along the undeveloped coast and easy access to Santa Pola, Elche or Alicante by bus or car. So plenty to do. A car is required, though. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes walk away, plus larger ones 5 minutes or so by car. The best restaurant of those just outside the complex is Dragon, just across the road. Antonia was very helpful throughout the whole process and met us on arrival and when leaving. She greeted us with fruit and cava. She also texted a couple of days in, to see that all was okay.

Casita acogedora con bonitas vistas

Es una casa muy bonita decorada con muy buen gusto, en la que no te falta nada que puedas necesitar. Hemos pasado un fin de semana encantador en familia. Mis hijas han disfrutado mucho de la piscina y el entorno. Desayunar y comer en la terraza es todo un relax con las vistas a los jardines y piscina de la urbanización que es muy tranquila. En esta casa no te va a faltar de nada, pues tienes de todo desde sal, café, aceite... detalles de bienvenida: fruta refrescos agua... papel cocina, aluminio y todo lo que necesites en el día a día... La limpieza y ambiente de la casa es inmejorable. Antonia es muy atenta y nos trató muy bien preocupándose por lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Nos quedamos con ganas de pasar más dias allí y esperamos poder volver en próximas vacaciones.

Tous mes remerciements pour les propriètaires pour leur acceuil chaleureux avec une corbeille de fruits et des jus à l'arrivé, étant toujours aimable, trés serviable, toujours à l'écoute, nous indiquant et nous orientant pour chaque besoin, l'appartement est trés propre, avec wifi et toute commodité, piscine agréable même pour les petits enfants, la plage à coté, l'aéroport la ville d'alicante et de santa pola trés proche, les besoins d'achats quotidiens trés proches avec une boutique qui ouvre jusqu'à 2 h du matin, un marché conviviale tous les jeudis au bas de la rue, c'était un trés agréable séjour avec tous mes remerciements pour les propriétaires Mme ANTONIA ET SON FILS VINCENT, à recommander fortement.

Vacances inoubliables

L'accueil et toute l 'attention que la propriétaire a mis pour rendre notre séjour plus qu' agréable nous a beaucoup plu. L'appartement est très propre, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 et calme. Tout est prevu pour que nous ne manquions de rien. Le jardin et la piscine sont très jolis et très bien entretenus. Parfait !

Todo perfecto en nuestras vacaciones en familia!

Hemos pasado una espléndida semana con nuestra bebé en este lugar! El apartamento està muy agradable, limpio y todo equipado! Muy práctico cuando se viaje en avion sin espacio en las maletas! La decoración es muy refinada, la terraza con la vista al jardin y la piscina es magnífica! El apartemento està muy bien localizado: playa, supermercado, restaurantes y muy cerca del aeropuerto! (10 min en coche). A fuera, hay juegos para niños pequenos, muy bién! El jueves por la manana, hay un mercadillo en la puerta!Muy bonito! Hemos alquilado un coche para visitar los sitios fuera (zoo, Alicante, Elche...) porqué estaba màs facil con nuestra bebé. Y sobre todo, nuestra estancia fue encantadora con la proprietaria!... Magnifica bienvenida! Qué bonitas atenciones! (frutas y bebidas frescas a la llegada) Es muy agradable encontrar buena gente ahora... Muchas gracias a ella! Recomendariamos este lugar a 200%!!! Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacance avec notre bébé dans cet endroit! L'appartement est très agréable, propre et entièrement équipé! Rien besoin d'amener! Très pratique quand on voyage léger en avion! La décoration est très raffinée et cosie, faite avec beaucoup de goûts. L'appartement est très bien situé: plage (à 10-15min à pied), petits restaurants sympathiques à proximité à pied. Un grand supermarché à 2 min en voiture et l'aéroport à 8km! Très très pratique! Il y aussi un marché le jeudi matin dans la rue au pied de l'appartement: génial!!! Il y a aussi une aire de jeu pour les enfants dehors, à 5min à pied! Nous avons préféré louer une voiture pour pouvoir profiter des alentours (zoo, visite d'Alicante, Elche...), plus facile avec notre bébé. (mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste à quelques mètres) Et surtout, notre séjour a été une réussite grace à son agréable propriétaire! Quel bel accueil et de belles attentions à notre arrivée: une corbeille de fruits frais et raffraichissements dans le frigo. Que c'est agréable de nos jours de rencontrer une si belle personne!.. Merci à elle! :-) Nous recommandons cet endroit à 200%!!!!

Erg hartelijke ontvangst. Prima service: opgehaald en teruggebracht van luchthaven. Verzorgd verblijf met zeer uitgebreide huisraad. Ruim terras met uitzicht op mooie tuin met zwembad. Erg rustig. Het enige minpuntje zijn de naar ons mening iets minder comfortabele matrassen. 2-persoonsbed is ook nogal aan de kleine kant. Voor 4 volwassenen vinden wij het appartementje te klein.Ongeveer 15 minuten stappen tot aan de zee. Minder geschikt als u niet goed te been bent want merkelijk hoogteverschil. Restaurants en goede zelfbediening op wandelafstand. Bushalte vlakbij. Voor ons was het in elk geval een geslaagde vakantie. Met dank aan Antonia en zoon.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans cette petite maison au sein d'une résidence au calme, avec tous les atouts nécessaire afin de passer d'agréables vacances ! La piscine est très bien étudiée, petit bassin pour les enfants en bas âges. La maison était impeccable avec tout le confort nécessaire! Antonia et son fils ont été des hôtes parfaits ! Toujours réceptifs à tous nos besoins ! L'endroit est situé entre ALICANTE et SANTA POLA accessible très facilement en bus permettant ainsi de superbes visites ! A RECOMMANDER TRES FORTEMENT

La propriétaire est extrêmement gentille, toujours prête à rendre service et à nous rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. On nous a même proposé de venir nous chercher à l'aéroport et de nous reconduire ce qui nous a évité la location d'une voiture sur place. Tout est à proximité : magasins, supermarchés, arrêt de bus, restaurants. Vous pouvez réserver vos futures vacances dans cet appartement les yeux fermés !

El apartamento esta en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y totalmente equipado. Una terraza espectacular para tomar el desayuno por la mañana o relajarse leyendo por la tarde... y, ¿que decir del inmejorable trato de Antonia, que cuidó hasta el más mínimo detalle desde el primer momento en el que llegamos? Experiencia totalmente recomendable!!! The apartment was perfectly clean and fully equipped. A spectacular terrace for breakfast in the morning or relax in the evening ... and, what to say about the excellent treatment of Antonia, who looked up every detail from the moment we arrived? Experience fully recommended!
