The master suite features a King bed. There are two Queen beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit also features free wireless internet access, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony that boasts spectacular Gulf views with access from the master and living rooms.

The unit also features 2 dining areas and a large open living room with flat-screen Smart TV. This unit sleeps up to 8 people.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Located 6 miles East of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach, Summerchase features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, and exercise room.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
