This is an incredible opportunity to live in private luxury, instead of just staying in a hotel.
Imagine drinking your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from a balcony that overlooks Tulsa. Four of the five bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas get the first orange glow of the morning light and a breathtaking view of the sunrise. If you are not a morning person you may become one. This estate is not located in a neighborhood, but has 3 acres of gated privacy with the convenience of being at 85th and Sheridan. This is in the heart of south Tulsa so you have access to everything from Restaurants, Malls and Casinos to Movie Theaters, Aquarium and Museums within a 10 minute drive.
Need more convincing? Really? How about your own Private Outdoor Heated Swimming pool, or your own private pond with Gazebo, or your own Basket Ball court, or your own Movie theater room with 150 inch screen and 7.1 state of the art Surround Sound system (XBOX also hooked up to the theater). The Heated pool is open year long but the water can only be warm as long as the overnight temperatures remain over 45 degrees, which is usually from March 15th to November 1st. If it is snowing on March 15th the pool will be open but the heater will not be able to keep the water at 85 degrees because physics.

Good spacious place. As noted by others, in need of some repairs and remodels to be exquisite, but overall just fine for our group. One AC unit didn't work, but cranking down the others compensated enough. One garbage can was already full when we checked in, so we had no place for some of our trash at the end of the weekend. There were hardly any dinner forks. Things like that. Otherwise, overall it was a great weekend.
Wonderful place to stay with our small family reunion. We loved the spacious house with pool and basketball court. The theater room was awesome. Like going to a real movie theater. Thanks so much for the memories we were able to create with our Tulsa family!

Large but dated
Lots of space but not the luxury experience we expected
We had to delay Christmas this year and needed a central location to meet. Eight adults and six children (ages 10 to 15). Number and size of bedrooms was perfect for us, need six bedrooms. Lots of open space on ground floor, children enjoyed the pond and paddle boat. Close to mall and restaurants. The bunkbeds need repair some screws missing and it is wabble. The family enjoyed the house,
Just as described only better. This mansion was overkill for our family of four but wanted a cool place to relax and it did not disappoint! It’s an older house so you have to expect a few imperfections but overall one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The kids loved it from top to bottom. The theater room was the big hit for sure! Nothing like watching some Christmas movies on a massive 150” projector! Will stay again if ever back in Tulsa! Highly recommend!

Could be lovely. Needs upkeep. And a thorough cleaning. Grounds were trashy. Lots of loose railings, non functioning outlets, missing pieces etc. the advertised grill was rusted and full of trash. The refrigerator had enough mildew that the butter compartment door was stuck. Lots of mildew and mold in corners of bathrooms. Floors were chipped and looked dirty. Supplies were few. Had to buy paper towels, dishwasher detergent pots and pans had peeling teflon and unsafe to use. Bridge to pool was broken. But the location was great and it’s a very cool house. It really only has 5 bedrooms, not 7. The other 2 are just offices with a fold out couch
Beautiful home, great location, needs a lot of work
The house is beautiful and it accommodated my 15 family members. It is located in a great area where everything is within minutes away. The owner and property manager were very nice and made sure that the items that we had issues with were addressed. One issue we had is that the house is in need of ALOT of repair, but those things did not hinder anything. Other then that, we enjoyed it and would stay again.
An incredible house to host the guys for a long weekend. Everything working as advertised from the pool, to the whole-house surround sound, to the impressive home cinema. Owner was quick to respond for an easy and enjoyable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to book for another round.
We had a great time being able to feel like we lived in this beautiful home for 9 days with 16 of us. Great communication with owner the home was everything we hoped for and then some we will come back again!
Very nice place. Great Location. Wished there was more towels and extra blankets. Would definitely choose this place again. Would get blue tooth and theatre room figured out early on during our stay next time.
The home had all the bedrooms we needed and bathrooms were sufficient. The theatre room was enjoyed by the young kiddos and the projector in the master bedroom was a nice surprise. We all had a lovely time.
The house was perfect for our family Christmas SLUMBER party. The owner met us for a walk through prior to our visit.
The home provided us with the space to celebrate and enjoy each other. The owner was accommodating and at any time our concerns were addressed.
This truly was a Christmas to remember.

Family vacation
Many things at the home needed repair. The amenities listed were incorrect. Cooking utensils badly needed replacing.
We had a wonderful time at this property celebrating a family birthday. Everything was ready for our family and extended family to move in for the weekend. We especially enjoyed the theater room, basketball court, ping pong table and arcade games. This beautiful and spacious home has stunning views of South Tulsa at night. The owner was swift to reply to any of our needs. If we ever have a large family gathering again, we would not hesitate to reserve this home again.
The house is beautiful. The owner is very quick to respond and amazing! Pool was great for all ages! Theater room was a huge hit!!!! On the quirky side- Only half of the outlets work in the house, which was inconvenient as we were getting ready for a wedding and cooking meals daily. A pullout bed was broken but we just made a bed on the floor for the kids. Overall a great house for a lot of people.
This is a big house! We enjoyed our stay. I was expecting a tv in the master bedroom but there wasn’t one. The pool is very deep so if you have small kids keep an eye on them in that area. There were some areas that could’ve been a little cleaner but the property manager did work with us on the arrangements for payment. Overall we would consider staying at the columns mansion again. Oh and we love the paddle boat wish there was two of those…
If you are looking for a place to get your large family together with enough epace for everyone, this is it! We had a few hickups, but the owner was very responsive and eager to resolve them. A tipsheet to use the fancy microwave would be good😀
We spend great family time with our 7 children, 4 of them.have spouses, and our 9 grands between 4 and 16 years old . Thanks to rhe iwner for availability and quick responses.

We had fun despite a few issues
Everything was fine except that there were almost no towels in the house. The listing also mentioned 2 bunk beds (4 individual beds) that weren’t actually in the house so a few of our group slept on the floor.

Needs deep cleaned
As many others have suggested there are a number of great reasons you might choose this property for a large group. There is a sufficient number of bedrooms/beds, and the ratio of bathrooms is very helpful. The pool and movie room are really great amenities to enjoy some family time together.
However, the furniture is run down at best and the cleanliness leaves MUCH to be desired. It has been ages since this place has seen more than a four hour clean between guests. The kitchen cabinets, inside of the refrigerator and freezer and appliances have food remnants, drippings, and sticky residue. The floors have seen little more than a swifter and the rug under the small dining table is disgusting.
I’m sure that there are a number of gatherings that get rowdy and less than hygienic, but at some level this needs to be managed to ensure that when guests stay they don’t feel like they are living in someone else’s filth. I had been looking forward to taking a wonderful bath overlooking the city only to be greeted with a dirty tub ( literal footprints) and another family member used a towel to wipe the mold off the side of another bathtub.
Furthermore, bring some extra towels and washcloths. Yes laundry machines are available, but when you are provided with one towel and one washcloth per guest for the entirety of your stay (pool and bathing) you spend most of your vacation washing and drying.
I hate to sound like a Debbie downer, but we really expected more. Heck we had TV’s in half the bedrooms, but never did find remotes for half of them.
All in all, I would say if your looking to throw a bachelor party…go for it! If you aren’t concerned about cleanliness this might be up you alley. Otherwise, you might keep looking.

no tv in master suite property manager didnt return calls nice property needs some work but enjoyed it
The rooms and property is gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the pool, and theatre room. We had some difficulties with the oven, but the house was perfect for our event.
It was a great experience for our family. The owner quickly responded when we did need to speak with him. Plenty of room to spread out but still have quality family time.

About the host

I am a computer professional that has worked his way up to owning this beautiful million dollar home. Getting here requires a lot of hard work, planning, and a light sprinkle of luck. I want to share this house with everyone that is striving to get to this point, so come and get a preview of what staying in a multi-million dollar mansion feels like.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in the heart of South Tulsa next to other million dollar homes, but instead of being part of a sub-division with other houses in close proximity, this one is located on a 3 acre lot on a hill overlooking a private pond. It is hard to find a peaceful place like this at the same time be so close to everything Tulsa has to offer - hundreds of restaurants, Casinos, Aquarium, Museums, Shopping malls, IMAX, Riverside walk and bike trail all within 5 miles of this house.
What makes this property unique
The house is almost a resort in itself. We have a private pond, Gazebo, private outdoor HEATED swimming pool, table tennis, Home Theater with a 180 inch screen with state of the art sound system. We even have our own private basketball court on the property.
