A fantastic holiday

Everything about this holiday was great, Nicole felt like an old friend when we left. She was not intrusive but always there if we needed anything. Lovely garden, so pretty and several places to sit according to where the sun was. A traditional house, we lived like the local people and felt very welcome. Nicole is the best host we have ever stayed with!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich mit leckeren Aufmerksamkeiten. Das Gelände ist schön und die alte Charmevilla bietet viel Platz. Bad mit Dusche klein und mit kleinem Makel, aber insgesamt ist alles da was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu erleben. Merci beaucoup Nicole!

D'excellentes vacances à Noirmoutier!

La propriétaire des lieux nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de prévenance. La maison est agréable, soignée et confortable, avec des équipements en bon état. Profiter du jardin est un bonheur. La maison est bien située dans le village et être à proximités des plages tout en restant au calme est vraiment un avantage.

Le Vieil, un village authentique et charmant

Nicole nous accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison qu'elle nous a louée. Elle est décorée avec soin, propre et bien équipée. Le plus : une petite véranda qui permet de profiter de la verdure à l'abri de la pluie. Le moins : Le jardin est bien entretenu et meublé mais il est partagé avec la famille de Nicole. Il n'offre pas l'intimité et la sécurité que nous attendions pour recevoir ponctuellement notre famille et nos très jeunes petits enfants logés à l'Herbaudière.

WOW

Wir wurden von einer charmanten Gastgeberin (Nicole) begrüßt und detailliert eingewiesen. Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit einer schönen mediterranen Gartenanlage vorgefunden, die unsere Erwartungshaltung übertraf. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und liebevoll gestaltet. TV war verfügbar, aber leider keine deutschsprachigen Programme zu bekommen. Wlan reichte nicht bis ins Ferienhaus und endete ca. 15 m vorher, auf derTerrasse der Gastgeberin. Wir durften/konnten jedoch aus ihrem Wintergarten Wlan erfolgreich nutzen. Die Ferienanlage liegt sehr ruhig und ist großzügig angelegt. Parken auf dem eigenen Grundstück. Vielfaltige Gartenmöbel und funktionsfähige Fahrräder sind verfügbar. Das Haus liegt nur wenige 100 m Luftlinie vom Meer/Strand entfernt und ist fußläufig gemütlich in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Vom Standort aus lassen sich die anderen Orte der Insel schnell erkunden. Wir haben Nicole versprochen, dass wir sie auf jeden Fall in ihrem Ferienhaus nochmals gerne besuchen werden.

Grande Déception

-Photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité -Jardin privatif ... mais au regard du voisin propriétaire sur deux côtés non montrés... quelque peu gênant pour notre intimité. -wifi précisé sur le descriptif mais sur la box du propriétaire... trop éloignée: aucune connexion possible à tout moment. -Ménage réalisé au premier coup d'oeil... mais intérieur des tiroirs de cuisine, appareils, cuisinière plus que graisseux au toucher -intérieur des armoires sale -douche ancienne acceptable mais après une nettoyage sérieux par nos soins -lave-linge à l'extérieur sous préau prés des poubelles ... -lave vaisselle défaillant: laisse souvent des saletés malgré un prélavage rapide à la main Vraiment dommage car la location est bien située prés du centre et des plages ATTENDONS REPONSE A NOS COMMENTAIRES. MERCI 22 août 2021

Très agréable séjour au Vieil

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vraies vacances reposantes et agréables . Très bon accueil de Nicole. La maison est est confortable et très bien placée, à deux pas de plusieurs jolies plages et du charmant bourg du Vieil. Le centre de Noirmoutier est à 10 mn à vélo. Je recommande cette location. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Franck et Olivier

Un séjour de charme

Très agréable semaine dans une confortable maison typique de l’île. Calme et tranquillité, accueil très chaleureux de Nicole qui a été aux petits soins pour nous, comme dans un séjour en famille . Une adresse que l’on n’oubliera pas !

Een erg mooie week

Wij hebben ten zeerste genoten van onze week vakantie op Noirmoutier. Het was de eerste keer dat we op het eiland waren en het is ons nog veel beter bevallen dan we hadden gehoopt. Noirmoutier is een ideale vakantiebestemming. Het is er mooi, rustig en aangenaam. Onze vakantie was in belangrijke mate zo goed vanwege de woning. Het huis is gewoon perfect voor mensen die rust en stilte zoeken. Alle comfort is aanwezig en het is prettig in de tuin of de veranda te kunnen zitten. Maar het beste is gastvrouw Nicole Rousseau zelf. Ze is erg aangenaam en voorkomend en doet alles wat ze kan om het haar gasten naar hun zin te maken. Excellent séjour !

Maison très bien agencée, équipée et décorée. Véranda lumineuse. Jardin très agréable pour profiter du soleil ou manger à l'ombre du saule. Très calme. Toute proche du bourg du Vieil et de la très belle plage du Mardi Gras. Cinq minutes à pied pour aller se baigner, c'est le paradis !!! Accueil chaleureux de Nicole, hôtesse aux petits soins qui sait se faire discrète. Merci pour tout !

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons eu un accueil tres chaleureux de Nicole. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la plage et il est juste à coté du bourg du Vieil où règne une ambiance familiale. La maison est très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

situation idéale au Vieil, tout peut se faire à vélo avec un peu de courage. calme, plages à proximité (à pied), propriétaires charmants. Excellent pied à terre pour découvrir l’Île ou simplement se reposer. Annonce conforme.

Noirmoutier-en-île

Praktische woning gelegen achter het huis van de eigenaars. Wij waren met twee personene en hadden alle ruimte. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, niets is hen teveel. Alleen spijtig van het weer maar daar kunnen zij niets aan doen natuurlijk.

Urlaub mit Flair und Charme

Wir haben ein mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtetes Feriendomizil angetroffen und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die sympathischen und herzlichen Vermieter haben uns freundlich empfangen und aufgenommen. An unserem Aufenthalt hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, einfach fantastisch.

Le paradis!

Nous sommes allés passer une semaine à Noirmoutier dans cette très agréable location,située au Veil,partie de l'ile qui ressemble à un village. La location est proche de la plage et à 3kms de Noirmoutier en île,tres facilement accessible en voiture,en bus gratuit ou même à pieds,balade agréable. Les propriétaires,Mr et Mme Rousseau,sont très accueillants, disponibles et discrets, la maison est superbe,bien décorée,fonctionnelle,le lit ,parfait!,on s'y sent comme à la maison. On a déjà décidé d'y revenir,on a un rendez vous de palourdes!!

Premier séjour sur l'Ile de Noirmoutier

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux et avec beaucoup de renseignements pour découvrir l'Ile. La maison, très propre est décorée avec goût. Extérieurs agréables très fleuris. Endroit reposant, plage à proximité. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
